خلاصة:
مقدمه: اخلاق پزشکی یکی از ارکان برنامه درسی رشته پزشکی بوده و هدف آن کسب مهارت تحلیل، استدلال، تصمیمگیری و حل معضلات اخلاقی در دانشجویان است، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی چالشهای عناصر برنامه درسی با رویکرد اخلاق پزشکی انجامشده است.
روش کار: تحقیق از نوع ترکیبی اکتشافی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ اجرا توصیفی-استنتاجی است. برای آگاهی از وضعیت آموزش اخلاق پزشکی در سال 1398، ابتدا دروس متناسب با موضوع با تحلیل محتوای کمی از برنامه رسمی استخراج و سپس به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند با 14 نفر اعضای هیئتعلمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران و پردیس رامسر مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند به عمل آمد و دادههای مصاحبه به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی تحلیل گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل محتوای کمی نشان داد برنامه رسمی در اهداف کلی یا اختصاصی 43 عنوان از دروس تخصصی به آموزش اصول اخلاق و رفتار حرفهای پرداخته است. در بخش کیفی 10 درونمایه اصلی و 35 طبقه شامل اصلاح اهداف براساس نیازسنجی، بازبینی محتوا و منابع، زمان و مکان مناسب، اصلاح شیوه اجرا، توجه به استاد، اصلاح فرایند یاددهی-یادگیری، ارزشیابی چندوجهی، تکنولوژی بهعنوان فرصت، توجه به فراگیر و مدیریت برنامه پنهان شناسایی شد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به جایگاه و ضرورت اخلاق در حرفه پزشکی، میتوان با بازنگری برنامه و ترمیم چالشهای موجود و ارتقاء مستمر آن، به برنامه درسی نهادینهشده و تربیت دانشجویان پزشکی اخلاق مدار دست یافت.
Introduction: Medical ethics is one of important goals in medical curriculum to acquire skills of analysis, reasoning, decision making and solving ethical problems in medical students. Purpose of this study was analysis the challenges of the medical curriculum elements for ethics education.
Methods: Research was conducted by mixed method. It is practical and descriptive-inferential. At first subjects were extracted from formal curriculum by Quantitative content analysis and then was done semi-structured interviews with 14 faculty members of Mazandaran University of Medical. Data of interview were analyzed by inductive qualitative content analysis of Hsieh & Shannon method.
Results: The quantitative results indicated that formal curriculum has allocated educational goals in 43 units per 4 levels (basic sciences, clinical practice, clerkship and Internship). The qualitative findings of the study were classified as follows: Modify goals on need assessment, Content and resources review, Training appropriate time and place, Modifying implementation, Attention to teacher, Modifying teaching-learning process, Multilateral evaluation, Technology as an opportunity, Attention to students, Hidden curriculum management.
Conclusions: Considering the position and necessity of ethics in the medical profession and the problems in the current curriculum, it is necessary to revise in order to treat competent medical students with ethics.
