مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش گروهی شناختی- رفتاری مادران و آموزش ذهن آگاهی کودکان بر اضطراب کودکان 9 تا 12 سال بود.
روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی، با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون- پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کودکان 9 تا 12 سال مدرسه ابتدایی ارامنه در شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1397-1398 بودند که از میان آنها 30 کودک با روش نمونهگیری دردسترس براساس خط برش مقیاس اضطراب چندبعدی کودکان مارچ و همکاران (1997) انتخاب شدند که با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آموزش شناختی رفتاری برای مادران و ذهن آگاهی برای کودکان و گروه گواه گمارده شدند. مادران گروه مداخله اول 8 جلسه آموزش شناختی رفتاری به مدت زمان هر جلسه 90 دقیقه و کودکان گروه مداخله دوم 8 جلسه آموزش ذهن آگاهی به مدت زمان هر جلسه 90 دقیقه را دریافت کردند. دادههای پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد آموزش گروهی شناختی- رفتاری برای مادران (01/0> P، 86/8 = (36 و 2) F) و آموزش گروهی ذهن آگاهی برای کودکان (01/0> P، 43/5 = (36 و 2) F) در مقایسه با گروه گواه میانگین اضطراب را در کودکان کاهش داد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که آموزش گروهی شناختی رفتاری مادران و ذهن آگاهی به کودکان میتواند برای و کاهش اضطراب کودکان استفاده شود.
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral group training for mothers and mindfulness training for children on the anxiety of 9-12 year old children.
Research method: The statistical population of this research included 9-12-year-old Armenian elementary school children in Tehran in the academic year 2019-2020, from among whom 30 children were selected using the available sampling method based on the cut-off line of the Multidimensional Anxiety Scale for Children by March et al. (1997), who were randomly assigned to two Cognitive behavioral training group for mothers and mindfulness for children and the control group. The mothers of the first intervention group received 8 sessions of cognitive behavioral training lasting 90 minutes each session, and the children of the second intervention group received 8 sessions of mindfulness training lasting 90 minutes each session. The data of the present study were analyzed using the analysis of variance with repeated measurements method.
Results: The results of the present study showed that cognitive-behavioral group training for mothers (F(2 & 36)= 8.86, P
Discussion: Based on the findings of the present research, it can be concluded that cognitive behavioral group training for mothers and mindfulness for children can be used to reduce children's anxiety.

جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل کودکان ٩ تا ١٢ سال دختر و پسر مدارس ابتدايي ارامنه در شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي ١٣٩٧-١٣٩٨ بود که از ميان آن ها ٣٠ کودک با روش نمونه گيري دردسترس براساس خط برش سياهه اختلال هاي رفتاري کودک آخنباخ (٢٠٠١) انتخاب شدند و با گمارش تصادفي در دو گروه آموزش شناختي رفتاري براي مادران ، ذهن آگاهي براي کودکان و گروه گواه گمارده شدند.
يافته ها: نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد آموزش گروهي شناختي- رفتاري براي مادران و آموزش گروهي ذهن آگاهي براي کودکان در قايسه با گروه گواه ميانگين اضطراب را در کودکان کاهش داد.
بحث و نتيجه گيري: بر اساس يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر ميتوان چنين نتيجه گرفت که آموزش گروهي شناختي رفتاري مادران و ذهن آگاهي به کودکان ميتواند براي کاهش اضطراب کودکان استفاده شود.
بحث و نتيجه گيري نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد آموزش گروهي شناختي- رفتاري به مادران و آموزش گروهي ذهن آگاهي به کودکان در مقايسه با گروه گواه ميانگين اضطراب را در کودکان کاهش داد و بين اثربخشي اين دو رويکرد تفاوتي وجود ندارد.
