طراحی و تبیین پایداری نظام درآمدی در ورزش بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران مقالة

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر درامدهای پایدار در ورزش بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران اجرا شده است. روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی و با استفاده از طرح نظام مند نظریۀ داده ‌بنیاد انجام گرفت. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد و تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات به روش استراس و کوربین و مدل پارادایمی انجام گرفت .جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان این حوزه بود. که تعداد 15 نفر برای انجام مصاحبه و کسب اطلاعات لازم در ارتباط با موضوع مورد تحقیق به شکل کاملاً غیراحتمالی و با بهره گیری از تکنیک های هدفمند نظری و گلوله برفی انتخاب شد. روایی یافته های پژوهش(مصاحبه ها) توسط مصاحبه‌شوندگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای محاسبة پایایی مصاحبه با روش توافق درون موضوعی دو کدگذار) ارزیاب(، استفاده شد(83/0). جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده گردید. 101 گزاره مفهومی اولیه با 17 مقوله و 85 مفهوم در قالب ابعاد 6 گانۀ مدل پارادایمی، به دست آمد. نتایج حاکی از آن است مهم ترین شاخص های موثر شامل عوامل اقتصادی و مدیریتی، آموزش و توسعه، سیاست های فنی مدیریتی و ایجاد مزیت رقابتی، اهداف ورزشی، کارکرد اقتصادی و مدیریتی، عوامل اقتصادی، سازمانی و فرهنگ و ارتباطات می‌باشند. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود در جهت پایداری  نظام درآمدی در ورزش بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران با توجه به عوامل شناسایی شده، سیاست‌های مدیریتی همانند برطرف کردن موانع و طراحی منابع مالی موثر در جهت پیشبرد پایداری  نظام درآمدی تعیین و اجرا شوند.

The Purpose study was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting sustainable incomes in sports of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation. The research method was qualitative and performed using a systematic design of data-based theory. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data and data analysis was performed by Strauss and Corbin method and paradigm model. The statistical population of the study included experts in this field. Fifteen people were selected for interviews and obtaining the necessary information related to the subject under investigation in a completely non-probabilistic manner using theoretical and targeted snowball techniques. The validity of the research findings (interviews) was confirmed by the interviewees. Two evaluators were used to calculate the reliability of the interview using the intra-subject agreement method (0/83) In order to analyze the data, open and axial and selective coding were used. 101 basic conceptual propositions with 17 categories and 85 concepts in the form of 6 dimensions of a paradigm model were obtained. The results indicate that the most important effective indicators include economic and managerial factors, education and development, technical management policies and competitive advantage, sports goals, economic and managerial function, economic, organizational and cultural factors and communication. Therefore, it is suggested that in order to stabilize the income system in sports, the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation, according to the identified factors, management policies such as removing obstacles and designing effective financial resources to promote the stability of the income system should be determined and implemented.
