زمینه و هدف: نوجــوانی دورهای مهــم از رشــد انســان است که با تغییرات زیستی- عصبی، هورمونی، فیزیولوژیکی و تغییرات اجتماعی همـراه اسـت. در طول این دوره نوجوانـان بـا عوامـل استرسزای متعددی کنار میآیند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی رفتارهای خودجرحی بر اساس رابطه والد – فرزند و تنظیم هیجانی در نوجوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش: روش مطالعه حاضر توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوره دوم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه بر اساس روش کرامر، 280 نفر برآورد و به روش تصادفی خوشهای برگزیده شدند. افراد نمونه، سه پرسشنامه خودآسیبی عمدی (PCRS)، ارزیابی رابطه والد- فرزند (DSHI) و تنظیم شناختی هیجان (CERQ را تکمیل کردند؛ برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه افزار استفاده شد. یافتهها: حاکی از این بود که رابطه پدر/فرزند به صورت منفی و معنادار رفتارهای خودجرحی را پیشبینی میکند (001/0>P ). راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان به صورت منفی و راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان به صورت مثبت و معنادار رفتارهای خودجرحی را پیشبینی میکند (0/001>P). نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل میتوان نتیجه گرفت به منظور پیشگیری و کنترل رفتارهای خودجرحی نوجوانان، توجه به رابطه والد فرزند و تنظیم هیجانی ضروری است.
Background and Aim: Adolescence is an important period of human development that is accompanied by biological-neurological, hormonal, physiological and social changes. During this period, teenagers deal with many stressful factors. The present study was conducted with the aim of predicting self-injurious behaviors based on parent-child relationship and emotional regulation in adolescents. Methods: The present study method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research was formed by students of the second period of high school in Tehran in the academic year of 2020-21. The sample size was estimated to be 280 people based on Kramer's method and they were selected by cluster random method. The sample subjects completed three questionnaires: Deliberate Self-Injury (DSHI), Parent-Child Relationship Assessment (PCRS) and Cognitive Regulation of Emotion (CERQ). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: It was indicated that father/child relationship negatively and significantly predicts self-injurious behaviors (PConclusion: Based on the results, it can be concluded that in order to prevent and control the self-injurious behaviors of teenagers, it is necessary to pay attention to the parent-child relationship and emotional regulation.
