مقدمه امروز ارائه مراقبت به همراه داشتن شادکامی یکی از جنبه های مراقبت کلی نگر است و نقش پرستاران در ارائه خدمات به بیماران حائز اهمیت است . از این رو در این مطالعه به ارزیابی وضعیت شادی و نشاط در پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران پرداخته شده استروش اجرا در این مطالعه مقطعی که به مدت 1 ماه بر روی پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران که از طریق فراخوان برای شرکت درمطالعه بصورت داوطلبانه دعوت شده بودند، پس از اخذ رضایت آگاهانه ، درخواست شد تا به سوالاتی در مورد وضعیت سلامت عمومی خود پاسخ دادند سپس پرسشنامه شادکامی اکسفورد جهت بررسی ارزیابی وضعیت شادکامی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت . در نهایت، ارتباط نتیجه پرسشنامه با وضعیت دموگرافیک افراد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج توسط نرم افزار SPSS VER 24 انالیز شد. نتایج در این مطالعه 189 پرستار شرکت نمودند اختلاف معنی داری بین سطوح مختلف نمره پرسشنامه شادکامی اکسفورد با جنس (P=0.262)، میانگین سنی (P=0. 599) ،بخش محل خدمت (P=0.053) نوع تحصیلات(P=0.755) ،نوع استخدام (P=0.946) گزارش نشد. ولی اختلاف معنی داری بین سطوح مختلف نمره پرسشنامه شادکامی اکسفورد با میانگین نمره پرسشنامه سلامت روانی مشاهده شده است (P
IntroductionToday, providing care with happiness is one of the aspects of holistic care and the role of nurses in providing services to patients is important. Therefore, in this study, the status of happiness and vitality in nurses working in Tehran University of Medical Sciences evaluated.Material and methodIn this cross-sectional study, of nurses working at Tehran University of Medical Sciences who accept to participate voluntarily, after singed informed consent, we asked to answer questions about their general health and level of happiness. The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHI) and general health Questionnaire used. Finally, the relationship between the results of the OHI questionnaire and the demographic status of individuals assessed. The results analyzed by SPSS VER 24 software.ResultsIn this study, 189 nurses participated. There was no significant difference between the different levels of the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire score with gender (P = 0.262), mean age (P = 0.599), place of work (P = 0.053), type of education (P = 0.755), type of employment, (P = 0.946), but a significant difference observed between different levels of the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire scores and the mean score of the Mental Health Questionnaire.
