خلاصة:
زمینه و هدف: یکی از مسائل مهمی که در سلامت روانی افراد مطرح میباشد افسردگی و اضطراب است و یکی از مولفههای موثر بر افسردگی و اضطراب اعتقادات مذهبی و یاد و ذکر خداوند متعال میباشد. بنابراین، این پژوهش به منظور تعیین افسردگی و اضطراب دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد شرکت کننده در مراسم اعتکاف در سال 1396 انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در پژوهش توصیفی حاضر، 75 نفر از افراد شرکت کننده در مراسم اعتکاف به صورت سرشماری و 75 نفر به طور تصادفی ساده از بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد در سال 1396 انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامههای افسردگی بک و اضطراب اسپیلبرگر جمعآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (آزمون t-test، Mann-Whitney، Chi-square و paired t-test) در سطح معنیداری 05/0>p تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: بین نمره کل افسردگی و اضطراب در گروه اعتکاف قبل و بعد از مراسم تفاوت آماری معنیداری وجود داشت (001/0>p) ولی در گروه شاهد نمره کل افسردگی و اضطراب قبل و بعد از مراسم به ترتیب تفاوت آماری معنیداری مشاهده نشد (59/0=p)(70/0=p). اختلاف میانگین نمره کل افسردگی و اضطراب در گروه اعتکاف کمتر از گروه کنترل بود که این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنیدار بود (01/0=p). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها، میتوان گفت که شرکت در مراسم اعتکاف و آیینهای مشابه میتواند باعث بهبود متغیر-های سلامت روانی افراد از جمله افسردگی و اضطراب شود که فراگیر شدن آن نیازمند برنامهریزی دقیق از طرف مسئولان میباشد.
Background and Objectives: depression and anxiety is one of the important issues in mental health. Religious beliefs and remembrance of God are among factors affecting depression and anxiety. The purpose of this study was to investigate the depression and anxiety of students of Gonabad University of Medical Sciences who participated in the I’tikaf ceremony in 2018.Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive study where the individuals participating in the I’tikaf ceremonywere selected by census (n=75) and 75 persons were selected via simple randomization method from among thestudents of Gonabad University of Medical Sciences in 2018. Data were collected using a demographics form, Beck Depression and Spielberger Anxiety Inventoris. The data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics (ttest, Mann-Whitney, Chi-square, and paired t-test) at the significance level of p Results: There was a significant difference between the total score of depression and anxiety in the I’tikaf group before and after the ceremony (pConclusion: According to the findings, it can be said that participation in this ceremony and similar rituals canimprove the variables of mental health such as depression and anxiety, which its universality requires the exact planning ofthose in charge.
