خلاصة:
Mohyeddin Ibn Arabi is one of the theoretical mysticism founders and the well-known mystic of
Andalusia, and Victor Frankle is a famous existential psychologist from Vienna. This research
with the purpose of comparing Ibn Arabi and Frankle’s opinions through a descriptivecomparative
method, intends to show the role of perception in human transcendence of spirit
from the viewpoint of these two scholars. According to the conduct of Ibn Arabi’s opinion that is
interest, discovery and intuition, the human nature being unique embraces comprehensive reality
that in his evolutional nature is continuously in the process of being new so that it can exit
dispersion and plurality and reach the state of gathering and unity. He thinks that sprit has two
creative and material dimensions. The creative dimension is related to parts, senses and powers
of the body, while the material dimension is united with the matter universe. Self perception in
the creative dimension is the most important instrument for human transcendence. Frankle, with
his meaning-therapy method, considers conscience perception as the most honest prophet and
transcendence guide for human and thinks that the reason for human internal transcendence is
the awareness of conscience. Regarding this point, both scholars have considered the way for
human transcendence through internal perceptions and human awareness about him. Therefore,
Ibn Arabi considers the origin and destination of these perceptions as a connected sprit to
absolute reality, while Frankle considers the human conscience as the base of human
perceptions.
ملخص الجهاز:
Therefore, Ibn Arabi considers the origin and destination of these perceptions as a connected sprit to absolute reality, while Frankle considers the human conscience as the base of human perceptions.
2. 2 Sprit reality Ibn Arabi believes that God created Adam as the human being’s life origin and made him a combination of physical elemental natural body form and divine spirit and self.
Self-perfection based on theoretical sense (rational) is recognition and assurance of the objects reality and the generalities and origin of their existence.
2. 5 Transcendence of spirit Recognition of the true existence is not possible; however, the truth of human self is the same as His and human survival is because of the sprit given by God; so by knowledge of sprit, we can reach the knowledge of God. But finding out about His basis is impossible, because it is a gem in an infinite sea and as soon as we enter this deep sea, we will be drowned; since knowledge of sprit help us know about our creator and our mind is unable to know that.
The human understanding (perception) of his/her different inward and outward aspects following self unity is trying to sublime his/her whole existence by relating and integrating the internal, spiritual, physical and biological aspects and processes.
Frankle considers human being intellectuality as seeking for meaning and realizing the human existence meaning, which at the same time of having awareness, freedom and responsibility, they can cause unity of body, psyche and spiritual dimensions and to understand his humanistic and existence integrity.
