Akhigiri was one of the most influential institutions in the history of the
Ottoman Empire, rooted in the principles of fatwa and operating on Sufi
traditions. After the founding of the Ottoman Empire, the Ottomans
expanded greatly, especially in the early Ottoman period, in Anatolia,
and gained a prominent place among the guilds and played a significant
role in the political and social developments of the Ottoman period. The
fundamental aim of the present study is to examine how the Ottoman
period formed and expanded its political, social, cultural and religious
approaches and activities, as well as their relation to the guild classes.
Research Method In this study, descriptive-analytical method and data
collection method are also libraries.
The results of this study show that since the establishment of the
Ottoman government there has been a relationship between this
government and the Ahliyyah organization, and large tribes such as
Sheikh Adbali, Akhy Hassan, Akhy Ya'qub, and Multi Lahr have influenced
the Ottoman government and corporation. During the wars he provided
valuable services to the Ottoman government and supported the
Ottoman rulers in the Achaia. With the expansion of the religious
establishment, the doctrines and beliefs spread throughout the Ottoman
Empire. But with the rise of the central power of the Ottoman
government, the emergence of the Janissary Corps, and the
strengthening of the Bektashi regime, the political and military position
of the Achaeans weakened and declined.
