This paper examines the comparison of European foundation (with an emphasis on Spain), which is
almost the same throughout the continent, with a system of castigation in southern India. In this article,
we encountered two major issues. In the beginning, we define the exact description of each of these two
systems, to accustom the exact social and racial aspects of feudalism and the system of censorship. At
the end, among the definitions, was the question of whether there is a similarity between these two
social systems or that only the differences can be observed. Caste in India is a kind of class social system
which founded by Aryan people after their immigration into India. But feudalism is a kind of economic,
social, and political system that is predominantly based on the rural economy and was most common in
the Middle Ages in Europe. Feudalism, regarded as a build of power, is believed to consist of Benfis and
Fife (a feudal forgiveness donated to a vassal, often giving him a master estate). The caste system is a
packet social stratification system in which people can not move freely from a social level to another,
but in the feudal system, there has been a possibility of movement between different levels of society.
In general, it was observed by examining these two systems that different levels of feudalism and caste
have significant differences. This paper has been studied by the library and descriptive-analytical
method.
