تحلیل و بررسی مفهوم بنیادین عدالت در اندیشۀ هر اندیشمند، از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است. این مقاله با بررسی دیدگاه خواجه نظا مالملک پیرامون مفهوم عدالت در نزد حاکمان است و در پی جواب به این پرسش است که، آیا عدالت در نزد وی دارای اهمیت ذاتی یا واجد نقش فرعی و ابزاری در راستای حفظ و توجیه قدرت سیاسی پادشاهان اس ت؟ و آیا م یتوان وی را واقعگرا و عم لگرایی دانست که در تهی شدن حکمت عملی از عدالت و بیمعنایی آن به نفع تقویت و استحکام شاهان نقش اساسی داشته و بدین ترتیب به سمت سلطنت مطلقه میل کرده است؟ در این نوشتار تلاش شده است با شیوه تحلیلی – توصیفی جایگاه عدالت در اندیشۀ سیاسی خواجه نظا مالملک تبیین گردد.
It is of very importance to analyze and verify the underlying context in every
philosopher’s thought. In this article, we are searching for responding this question
by investigating Khajeh-Nezaam’s opinion around justice to the rulers, also
answering whether its importance is intrinsic or of subordinate and implementing
across preserve and justification of the kings’ political power? And is it possible to
remind him as a realist and pragmatist person that had central character and rule in
emptying practical wisdom from justice and frivolity in favor of reinforcement and
consolidating the kings’ rules? Thus, has he turned to absolute monarchy? In this
episode, we have been trying to explain the very position of Khajeh’s political
thought by the analytic-descriptive method.
