کنفرانس‌های امنیتی ضمن دارا بودن اهدافی مشترک، دارای اهداف خاصی می‌باشند که بر اساس نیات بازیگران، می‌تواند متفاوت باشد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، تبیین اهداف و بایسته‌های کنفرانس امنیتی برای ج.ا.ایران و ارائه یک الگو برای برگزاری آن است. پژوهش به این سئوال پاسخ می‌دهد که چه ضرورت‌هایی برای برگزاری کنفرانس امنیتی در ج.ا.ایران وجود دارد و الزامات آن کدامند و الگوی برگزاری کنفرانس امنیتی ج.ا.ایران چگونه است؟ پژوهش از نوع توسعه‌ای و کاربردی است. روش پژوهش داده‌بنیاد است که خروجی‌ها با ابزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل و در نهایت ترسیم الگو گردیده است. جامعه آماری 15 نفر از خبرگان به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی تا اشباع نظری برای مصاحبه‌های عمیق و اکتشافی انتخاب گردیدند. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد کنفرانس امنیتی برای ج.ا.ایران که دارای حکومتی قدرتمند و صاحب ایده بوده و تحت شدیدترین جنگ شناختی و ادراکی قرار دارد، ضروری می‌باشد. برگزاری این کنفرانس دارای الزاماتی است که برای ماندگاری و تاثیرگذاری، می‌بایستی به آن‌ها توجه شود. الگوی برگزاری کنفرانس امنیتی شامل : ساختار، فرایند، هدفمندی، طراحی هوشمند، جلب مشارکت هوشمند و دیپلماسی کنفرانسی می‌باشد.
Security conferences, while having common goals, have specific goals that can be different based on the actors' intentions. The main goal of this research is to explain the goals and requirements of the security conference for the Republic of Iran and provide a model for holding it. The research answers this question, what are the requirements for holding a security conference in the Central Iran, and what are its requirements, and what is the pattern of holding a security conference in the Central Iran? The research is developmental and applied. The research method is data base, the outputs are analyzed with SPSS tool and finally the pattern is drawn. The statistical population of 15 experts was selected for in-depth and exploratory interviews. The current research showed that the security conference is necessary for the Republic of Iran, which has a powerful and ideological government and is under the most intense cognitive and perceptual war. Holding this conference has requirements that must be paid attention to in order to be lasting and effective. The pattern of holding a security conference includes: structure, process, purposefulness, intelligent design, attracting intelligent participation and conference diplomacy.
