زمینه: سازمان‌ها برای دست یابی به اهدافشان بی‌شک نیازمند افزایش معنویت در محیط کار هستند. پژوهش حاضر، بدنبال ارائه ویژگی‌هایی است که سازمان‌ها بتوانند از آن طریق در محل کار، خدمت کردن با رویکرد معنویت محور را ترویج نمایند. روش: این پژوهش از نوع تفسیری و رویکرد آن کیفی و راهبرد آن، رویکرد داده بنیاد مبتنی بر رویکرد ظاهر شونده گلیزری است. جامعه تحت مطالعه، مدیران عملیاتی شرکت مخابرات خراسان رضوی بودند. از طریق نمونه‌گیری نظری، 19 نفر از مدیران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شد و در نهایت با استفاده از روش کد گذاری داده‌ها تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها و کدگذاری در دو مرحله کدگذاری حقیقی و نظری نشان داد که ابعاد انگیزه خدمت با رویکرد معنویت در کار شامل هنجارگرا، عاطفی، معناگرا، اجتماعی، دلسوزانه و فداکارانه است. از جمله ویژگی‌های شکل دهنده انگیزه خدمت با رویکرد معنویت در کار شامل ویژگی‌های شغل، مشخصه‌های دانشی، سرمایه اجتماعی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی است. عوامل همبسته نیز شامل: مشارکت اجتماعی در سازمان و تحکیم سرمایه اجتماعی است که مدیران سازمان باید به این ویژگی‌ها توجه کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به ابعاد انگیزه خدمت با رویکرد معنویت در کار در این پژوهش، انگیزه خدمت با رویکرد معنویت در کار دارای ویژگی‌هایی است که مدیران شرکت مخابرات را تشویق می‌کند برای توسعه انگیزه خدمت با رویکرد معنویت در کار به این عوامل توجه کنند
Background
Organizations undoubtedly need to increase spirituality in the workplace to achieve their goals. The present study seeks to provide features through which organizations can promote service in the workplace with a spiritual approach.
Method
This research is of interpretive type and its qualitative approach and its strategy is the foundation data approach based on the emerging Glaser approach. The study population was the operational managers of Khorasan Razavi Telecommunication Company. Through theoretical sampling, 19 managers were selected as a sample. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and finally analyzed using data coding method.
Results
The results of interview analysis and coding in two stages of real and theoretical coding showed that the dimensions of service motivation with a spiritual approach to work include normative, emotional, semantic, social, compassionate and self-sacrificing. Among the characteristics that shape the motivation to serve with a spirituality approach at work include job characteristics, knowledge characteristics, social capital and personality traits. Correlated factors also include: social participation in the organization and consolidation of social capital that the managers of the organization should pay attention to these characteristics.
Conclusion
Considering the dimensions of service motivation with spirituality at work approach in this study, service motivation with spirituality at work approach has characteristics that encourage telecom company managers to develop service motivation with spirituality at work approach to these factors.
