محیط با کیفیت مناسب، احساس رفاه و رضایتمندی را برای ساکنان آن از طریق ویژگی‌های فیزیکی یا اجتماعی و نمادین به وجود می‌آورد در واقع رضایت از کیفیت سکونتی به معنای ارزیابی محیط، در ارتباط با احتیاجات و خواسته‌های شهروندان از واحد مسکونی، محله و ناحیه سکونتی است.. حجم نمونه با بهره‌گیری از فرمول کوکران 382 برآورد و پایایی ابزار تحقیق با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار با 920/0 محاسبه شد که نشان‌دهنده مطلوبیت ابزار پژوهش است. برای تجزیه وتحلیل توصیفی و استنباطی داده‌ها از آزمون آماری T-Test و جهت تبیین و مدل‌سازی اثرات نیز از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در محیط نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون T تک نمونه‌ای پژوهش نشان داد وضعیت همه شاخص‌های کیفیت محیط شهری در محدوده موردمطالعه در وضعیت قابل‌قبولی قرار ندارند و تمامی شاخص‌ها با میانگین 2/34 پایین‌تر از حد متوسط‌اند. همچنین جهت شناسایی و ارزیابی مؤلفه‌های کیفیت محیط زندگی شهری از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج مدل عاملی مرتبه دوم نشان داد، اهمیت دادن به شاخص‌های رضایتمندی سکونتی در محدوده مورد مطالعه باعث بالا رفتن شاخص بهداشتی به میزان شاخص 85/0، شاخص خدماتی به میزان 83/0، شاخص مسکونی به میزان 82/0، شاخص حمل نقل و مدیریت شهری به میزان 79/0 و کاهش مشکلات زیست محیطی به مقدار 14-/0 می‌گردد. درنهایت مشخص گردید که بین کیفیت محیط زندگی شهری و رضایتمندی سکونتی ساکنین از محلات، رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد.

The sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula 382 and the reliability of the research tool was calculated using Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.920, which indicates the desirability of the research tool. T-test was used for descriptive and inferential analysis of data and structural equation modeling in SPSS and AMOS software was used to explain and model the effects. The results of one-sample t-test showed that the status of all indicators of urban environmental quality in the study area is not in an acceptable situation and all indicators are below average with an average of 34.2. Structural equation modeling was also used to identify and evaluate the components of urban living environment quality. The results of the second-order factor model showed that giving importance to residential satisfaction indicators in the study area increased the health index by 0.85, service index by 0.83, residential index by 0.82, transportation index and Urban management is 0.79 and the reduction of environmental problems is 0.14. Finally, it was found that there is a direct and significant relationship between the quality of urban living environment and residential satisfaction of residents of neighborhoods.
