زمینه و هدف: از مهمترین و چالشبرانگیزترین وظایف رهبران در دوران حاضر است که منجر به تغییر چشمانداز رقابتی برای سازمانهای امروزی شده است. لذا هدف پژوهش طراحی الگوی رهبری تحول دیجیتال در آموزش است. روششناسی: از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت اکتشافی است که با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت شناسایی مولفههای الگو، از روش کیفی و مصاحبههای عمیق استفاده شد. بخش کیفی، 15 نفر از خبرگان که شامل اساتید هیئتعلمی رشته مدیریت آموزشی و مدیران ارشد علوم پزشکی که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تحلیل بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل تم و با نرمافزار مکسکیودا استفاده شد. جهت برازش الگوی طراحیشده، از رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بهوسیله نرمافزار PLS استفاده شد. جامعه آماری کمی شامل 430 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان و کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز بود که به روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه مبتنی بر یافتههای کیفی بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. یافتهها: بخش کیفی نشان داد 6 تم اصلی شامل: رهبری تحول دیجیتال، خلق ارزش، تصمیمگیری، استراتژی سازمان، چالشهای دیجیتال، یادگیری و 12 تم فرعی شناسایی شد. بخش کمی نیز مشخص شد بین رهبری تحول دیجیتال و عوامل رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد و الگوی طراحیشده از تناسب قابلقبولی برخوردار است. نتایج: رهبری تحول دیجیتال در آموزش، میتواند به بهبود کیفیت آموزش و ارتقای سطح دانش و توانمندی دانشجویان کمک کند.
A B S T R A C TBackground and Aim: It is one of the most important and challenging tasks of leaders in the current era, which has led to a change in the competitive landscape for today's organizations. Therefore, the aim of the research is to design a leadership model for digital transformation in education.Methodology: Qualitative section, 15 experts, including top academic professors in the field of educational management and senior managers of medical sciences, who were selected in a targeted way. The analysis of the qualitative part was done using the theme analysis method and MaxQuda software. In order to fit the designed model, structural equation modeling approach was used by PLS software. The quantitative statistical population included 430 managers, experts and employees of Alborz University of Medical Sciences, who were selected by stratified random method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire based on qualitative findings, whose validity and reliability were confirmed.Results: The qualitative part showed that 6 main themes including: digital transformation leadership, value creation, decision making, organization strategy, digital challenges, learning and 12 sub-themes were identified. In the quantitative part, it was also determined that there is a significant relationship between the leadership of digital transformation and the factors, and the designed model has an acceptable fit.Conclusion: The leadership of digital transformation in education can help to improve the quality of education and improve the level of knowledge and ability of students.Extended AbstractIntroductionIn recent decades, universities have also experienced a series of important changes resulting from technological and social trends towards digitalization. The development of information and communication technology, along with the needs of students and the need for flexible teaching methods, has had a significant impact on higher education globally. Powerful changes in the socio-economic-educational system due to digitalization have led to changes in higher education such as education standards, quality, decentralization and virtual learning. Digital transformation leadership has expanded in recent decades as a new approach in academic research and natural sciences. The purpose of this research is to design a leadership model for digital transformation in education at Albar University of Medical Sciences. MethodologyThis research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory, which has been analyzed with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. In the first stage, qualitative method and in-depth interviews were used to identify the components of the model. In the qualitative section, there are 15 basic academic experts and senior managers of medical sciences who were selected in a targeted way. In this research, the criteria for selecting samples were having a doctorate in the field of educational management, having research experience related to the research field, and executive work experience in this field. To analyze the data of the qualitative part, the theme analysis method was used using MaxQuda software. To check the reliability of coding, the test-retest reliability method was also used. Next, to fit the model designed in the qualitative part, a quantitative method with a structural equation modelling approach was used. Participants in this section included managers, experts and staff of Alborz University of Medical Sciences. Therefore, according to Cochran's formula, 200 people have a sufficient sample size. Due to the possibility of dropping questionnaires, 250 questionnaires were distributed and finally, after the distribution of questionnaires, 203 acceptable questionnaires were returned. The relative random stratified method was used to select the samples. In this way, the society was divided into two classes of managers and experts, then according to the proportion of the society in each class, random sampling was done. The content validity method and its reliability were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. Quantitative data analysis was done by PLS software. Results and discussionIn the qualitative part, based on the analysis of the interviews with the theme analysis method, it was determined that the leadership model of digital transformation in the education of Alborz University of Medical Sciences includes 6 main themes including leadership of digital transformation, value creation, decision making, organization strategy, digital challenges, learning and 12 A sub-theme was identified.Based on the qualitative part, the initial model of the research was formed, and to fit the model obtained from the qualitative part and analyze the relationships of the model, the structural equation modelling technique was used. In the quantitative part, based on the analysis of the data by the structural equation modelling method with PLS software, it was also determined that there is a meaningful relationship between the leadership of digital transformation and the factors, and the designed model has an acceptable fit. ConclusionThe rapid development of technology in today's world has greatly affected all aspects of human and organizational life around the world. In today's era, organizations are present in a complex environment with dynamic and fundamental changes, and one of the main aspects of these changes is the exponential development of fourth-generation technologies. In this period of the fourth technological revolution, organizations need changes under the name of digital transformation to maintain themselves and remain competitive. In the era of digital transformation, the education industry is also heavily influenced by technology.
