مقدمه: امروزه یکی از مهمترین و اصلیترین عوامل در تبیین رفتارهای انسانی، باورهای خودکارآمدی محسوب میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه خود تعیینی و خود کارآمدی نوجوانان دبیرستانهای شیراز انجام شد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان دبیرستانی مشغول به تحصیل ناحیه 4 شیراز در سال تحصیلی 96-97 بودند که از این تعداد 120 دانشآموز (80 دختر و 60 پسر) به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه خودمختاری نوجوان نوم و خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و همکاران بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از رگرسیون خطی و چندگانه و آزمون تی گروههای مستقل با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که از طریق خود تعیینی میتوان خودکارآمدی را پیشبینی کرد. متغیر هدفگرایی قادر به پیشبینی خودکار آمدی میباشد. همچنین بین میانگین نمرات دختران و پسران در خودکارآمدی و خود تعیینی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.(5/0p<) نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتهها باورهای افراد و خودکارآمدی آنها برای انجام رفتار، قویترین پیشبینی کننده هستند و افراد دارای خودکارآمدی بالا در مقابل استرسها خیلی برانگیخته نمیشوند و احساس آرامش میکنند و احتمال موفق شدن آنها بیشتر میشود
Introduction: Another important factor in the nature of human behavior is self-efficacy beliefs. The present study aimed to investigate its relationship to you and the effectiveness of Shiraz high school adolescents.Methods: The method of the present study was correlational. The statistical population included high school students studying in Shiraz District 4 in the academic year of 2018-2019, from which 120 students (80 girls and 60 boys) were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The instrument used in this study was the Nom adolescent autonomy and general self-efficacy questionnaire of Scherer. For data analysis, linear and multiple regression and independent group t-test were used using SPSS software version 21.Results: The results showed that self-efficacy can be predicted through self-determination. The targeting variable is able to predict self-efficacy. Also, there was no significant difference between the mean scores of girls and boys in self-efficacy and self-determination (p Conclusion: Based on the findings, people's beliefs and their self-efficacy to perform behavior are the strongest predictors and people with high self-efficacy are not very aroused and stressed in the face of stress and are more likely to succeed.
