خلاصة:
هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی بر اساس تاب‌آوری تحصیلی، عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، کمال‌گرایی مثبت و منفی با نقش واسطه‌ای اجتناب تجربه‌ای بود. روش این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری را کلیه دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه پیام نور اصفهان تشکیل دادند که در نیمسال اول تحصیلی 99-1398 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. گروه نمونه شامل 200 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و مقیاس اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی سولومن و راثبلوم (1984)، پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری تحصیلی ساموئلز (۲۰۰۴)، پرسشنامه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی فریتسون و همکاران (۱۹۹۴)، مقیاس کمال‌گرایی تری شورت و همکاران (۱۹۹۵) و پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربه‌ای بوند (۲۰۰۷) را تکمیل کردند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-22 و AMOS-20 و جهت تائید مدل تحقیق، از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد تاب‌آوری و کمال‌گرایی مثبت ارتباط معنادار و معکوس با اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، اجتناب تجربه‌ای و کمال‌گرایی منفی ارتباط معنادار و مثبت با اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی داشته است (01/0>P). همچنین نقش واسطه‌ای اجتناب تجربه‌ای بر رابطه بین عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و کمال‌گرائی مثبت و منفی با اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی مورد تائید قرار گرفت؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود به‌منظور کاهش اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی دانشجویان و جلوگیری از تاثیر آسیب آن در عملکرد تحصیلی، زمینه ارتقاء تاب‌آوری تحصیلی، کمال‌گرایی مثبت و کاهش عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، کمال‌گرایی منفی و اجتناب تجربه‌ای فراهم گردد.
This study aimed to predict academic procrastination based on academic resilience, intolerance of uncertainty, and positive and negative perfectionism with the mediating role of experiential avoidance. The method of this research is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all male and female students of Payame Noor University of Isfahan who were studying in the first semester of 2019-2020. The sample group consisted of 200 people who were selected by purposive sampling. Subjects completed Solomon and Ruth Bloom's Academic Procrastination Scale (1984), Samoels Academic Resiliency Questionnaire (2004), Freeston et al Uncertainty Intolerance Questionnaire (1994), Try-short et al perfectionism scale, and Bond Experience Avoidance Questionnaire (2007). In order to analyze the data, SPSS-22, and AMOS-20 software’s and to confirm the research model, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that resilience and positive perfectionism had a significant and inverse relationship with academic procrastination and intolerance of uncertainty, experiential avoidance and negative perfectionism had a significant and positive relationship with academic procrastination (P<0.01). The mediating role of experiential avoidance on the relationship between uncertainty intolerance and positive and negative perfectionism with academic procrastination was also confirmed. Therefore, in order to reduce students' academic procrastination and prevent its impact on academic performance, it is suggested to promote academic resilience, positive perfectionism and reduce uncertainty intolerance, negative perfectionism, and avoid the experience.
