سازمانهایی که محصولاتی با تکنولوژی بالا تولید می‌‌‌کنند ازجمله سازمانهایی که در پارکهای علم و فناوری مشغول به فعالیت‌اند، با کسب نوآوری به‌عنوان یک مزیت رقابتی و ارتقاء و بهبود آن و ارایه‌‌‌ی عملکردی نوآورانه می‌‌‌توانند در مسیر پیشرفت قرار گیرند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی رابطه بین بهکارگیری استراتژیهای نوآوری و عملکرد نوآورانه سازمانها با نقش میانجی ظرفیت جذب در شرکت‌های مستقر در پارک فناوری پردیس انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 65 مدیر از واحدهای تحقیق و توسعهی شرکت‌های مستقر در پارک فناوری پردیس میباشد، حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش سرشماری برابر با کل جامعه در نظر گرفته شد. این پژوهش یک پژوهش توصیفی، همبستگی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی میباشد. برای گردآوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده‌شده است. برای ظرفیت جذب فردی از سنجه های پژوهش مینباوا و همکاران، برای ظرفیت جذب سازمانی از سنجه های موجود در پژوهش لیچتن هالر و برای عملکرد نوآورانه از پرسشنامه ی موجود در پژوهش هونگ و همکاران استفاده شد روایی محتوا و روایی سازه و همچنین پایایی این ابزارها تایید شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها، نرم افزارهای SPSS و SmartPLS مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها نتایج آزمونهای آمار استنباطی و همچنین مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری ارایه‌شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن است که ظرفیت جذب، اثر مثبت و معنی داری بر همه ی ابعاد عملکرد نوآورانه دارد و بهکارگیری استراتژی پیشرو و همچنین تدافعی بر همهی ابعاد عملکرد نوآورانه اثر معناداری دارد و بهکارگیری استراتژی پیشرو، تدافعی و مقلدانه بر ظرفیت جذب اثر معناداری دارد و ظرفیت جذب در رابطه با به کارگیری استراتژی تدافعی و همچنین استراتژی پیشرو و ابعاد عملکرد نوآورانه نقش میانجی دارد. همچنین، بررسی شاخصهای برازش مدل، بیانگر این است که مدل مورداستفاده در پژوهش از برازندگی قابل قبولی برخوردار میباشد.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between implementation of innovation strategies and innovative performance, with absorptive capacity as a Mediator variable, in companies located in Pardis Technology Park. The population of the study includes Senior Managers of the all 65 companies that are located in the pardis technology park. Using census, the entire population size considerd as sample size. Questionnaires were distributed randomly stratified. The criteria of Minbawa et al. 's research were used for individual absorption capacity, the criteria in Lichtenhaler's research were used for organizational absorption capacity, and the questionnaire in Hong et al. 's research was used for innovative performance. Validity and reliability for all questionnaires was confirmed. In order to analyze the data, software SPSS and Smart PLS were used. In analyzing the data, inferential statistical tests results and structural equation modeling is presented. The result of study indicates the meaningful effect of leading innovator strategy and also defender strategy on innovative performance and the meaningful effect Sinaof leading innovator strategy and also defender strategy and imitatore strategy on absorptive capacity. Absorptive capacity is a mediatore variable in relationship between using leading innoatore strategy and innovative performance and aslo it is a moderator variavle in relationship between using defender strategy and innovative performance Furthermore, Investigation of fitting indicators show that the model used in the study is acceptable fitness.
