. Among the important educational subjects for the preparation of children and teenagers on the way to enter social life, is the issue of Possibility of error in humans and tolerance for other ideas and views. Jamshid Khanian is one of those children and adolescent writers who has a special view on the emotional and cognitive development of the audience in his works. The novel "A Pizza Box for Grilled Trapeze" is one of his different works in which the issue of knowledge and individual differences in the process of consciousness is considered. This novel is the story of a short stay of a small family in an apartment full of events. The occurrence of various hypotheses about why, and of course the repeated invalidity of these hypotheses, ultimately leads the reader to the fact that relying solely on tools such as reason and experience cannot help us explain why. In this research, an attempt has been made to study the process of conceptualization of human error as one of the basic principles of social life in the mentioned novel with a descriptive-analytical method. To achieve this, the concept of "cognitive anxiety" is one of the foundations of modern thought, the theoretical basis of research. The results show that Khanian has addressed the issue of epistemic anxiety in his novel by addressing issues such as human fallibility in individual perceptions and the readiness to reconsider beliefs.
