خلاصة:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی معنا درمانی بر سطح معنایی و اجتناب شناختی دانشجویان دختر در معرض رفتارهای پرخطر انجام شد. روش پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی (با گروه آزمایش و گواه) با طرح سه مرحله‌ای (پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون-پیگیری) و مرحله پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دختر در معرض رفتارهای پرخطر بود که در دانشگاه غیرانتفاعی هشت بهشت، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی نجف‌آباد و اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. در این پژوهش تعداد 35 دانشجوی دختر در معرض رفتارهای پرخطر با روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند انتخاب و با شیوه تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند (18 دانشجو در گروه آزمایش و 17 دانشجو در گروه گواه). دانشجویان حاضر در گروه آزمایش معنا درمانی را طی ده هفته در 10 جلسه 75 دقیقه ای دریافت نمودند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه گرایش به رفتارهای پرخطر (محمدخانی، 1386)، پرسشنامه سطح معنایی (آقایی، 1398) و پرسشنامه اجتناب شناختی (سکستون و دوگاس، 2008) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که معنا درمانی بر سطح معنایی و اجتناب شناختی (دانشجویان دختر در معرض رفتارهای پرخطر تأثیر معنادار دارد. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که معنا درمانی با بهره گیری از فنونی همانند تغییر نگرش ها و گرفتن معنا از طریق راه های کشف معنا، مسئولیت پذیری، غلبه بر یاس و افزایش امید به زندگی و حمایت عاطفی اعضا از یکدیگر می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت بهبود سطح معنایی و کاهش اجتناب شناختی دانشجویان دختر در معرض رفتارهای پرخطر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
The present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of logo therapy on meaning of level and cognitive avoidance of female students exposed to high-risk behaviors. The research method was semi experimental (with experimental and control groups) with three-stage design (pretest, posttest, follow-up) and two-month follow-up period. The statistical population of the research included female students exposed to high-risk behaviors who were studying at Hasht Behesht Non-Profit University, Islamic Azad University of Najafabad and Isfahan in the academic year of 2020-2021. thirty five female student exposed to high-risk behaviors were selected through purposive sampling method and were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (18 student in the experimental and 17 student in the control group). The students in the experimental group received ten seventy five-minute sessions of logo therapy during ten weeks. High Risk Behaviors Questionnaire (Mohammadkhani, 2007), Meaning of Level Questionnaire (Aghaei, 2019) and Cognitive Avoidance Questionnaire) were used in the present study. The results showed that logo therapy has significant effect on the meaning of level and cognitive avoidance in the female students exposed to high-risk behaviors. According to the findings of the present study it can be concluded that logo therapy can be used as an efficient method to increace meaning of level and decreace cognitive avoidance of female students exposed to high-risk behaviors through employing techniques such as change in attitudes and taking logo via logo discovery method, accountability, overcoming despair, increasing life hope and affective support of the members from each other.
