اسلام پیش از تحقق صلح جهانی، "سلم و صلح " را از ضمیر و باطن انسان شروع میکند. سپس در محیط خانواده و پس از آن در اجتماع و در میادین بین المللی و میان همه ملتها محقق میسازد. مفاد آیات و روایات دلالت بر تقدم صلح بر جنگ دارد «و ان جنحوا للسلم فاجنح لها» و قبول پیشنهاد صلح از سوی دشمن را لازم میشمارد. در این صلح طرفین ملزم به رعایت تعهداتی هستند که در صورت نقض از طرف مقابل، عقد صلح نیز نقض میشود. قرآن صلح، سلم و اصول و مبانی آن را طی آیاتی بیان میفرماید. در کلام ائمه (ع) نیز این اصول مطرح میگردد و اباعبدالله حسین (ع) به عنوان نماد و اسوه انسانیت در ایستادگی مقابل طاغوت با شهادت مظلومانه خود حوزهای را ترسیم مینماید که حاضران در آن جزء قلمرو ایستادگی، آزادگی و عزتمندی تعریف میشوند و این تعریف در نظر غیر شیعیان بلکه غیر مسلمانان نیز پذیرفته شده است. لذا با فرازی از زیارتنامه عاشورا به دنبال دریافت و اثبات آن اصول قرآنی در کلام معصومین علیه السلام جستجو شده است. در پژوهش حاضر با به کارگیری روشهای تحلیل محتوا و معناشناسی زبانی سعی شده است به درک و دریافت مفهوم واژه "سلم " در آیه ٢٠٨ سوره بقره پرداخته شود سپس با استناد به دریافت درست از آن، فراز "سلم " در زیارت عاشورا تبیین گردد. با این هدف که حرکت اربعین را (به شکل سالهای اخیر) به عنوان یکی از مصادیق عملی آن باز تعریف نماید

Therefore, with a phrase from the Ashura Pilgrimage, it has been sought to find and prove
those Qur'anic principles in the words of the Innocents, peace be upon them.
In the current research, by applying the methods of content analysis and linguistic semantics,
an attempt has been made to understand and understand the meaning of the word "Salam"
in verse 208 of Surah Al-Baqarah, then by referring to the correct understanding of it, the
verse "Salam" in the pilgrimage of Ashura has been explained. . with the aim of redefining
the Arbaeen movement (in the form of recent years) as one of its practical examples.
