The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between green
human resource management, supply chain performance and business
performance, taking into account the mediating role of supply chain
organizational learning. The current research is applied in terms of purpose
and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. The statistical population of
the research, including all the employees of Shir Pegah Isfahan Company,
is 500 people. The sample size was 217 people based on Cochran's formula,
and they were selected by stratified random method. The research tool
included a questionnaire with 42 questions, which was used in the
departments of green human resource management with 9 questions, supply
chain performance questionnaire with 10 questions, commercial
performance questionnaire with 10 questions and supply chain
organizational learning questionnaire with 16 questions. The validity of the
questionnaire has been confirmed in a formal and structural way, and its
reliability has been proven based on Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.90.
The collected data were analyzed with PLS software based on structural
equation path analysis. The results showed that green human resource
management on supply chain performance, green human resource
management on business performance, green human resource management
on supply chain organizational learning, supply chain organizational
learning on supply chain performance, supply chain performance on
business performance and learning Supply chain organization has a positive
and significant effect on business performance. Also, the results of the Sobel
test showed that supply chain performance mediates the effect of green human resource management and business performance, and supply chain performance plays a mediating role between supply chain organizational learning and business performance.
