خلاصة:
مقاله حاضر، به بررسی تطبیقی مؤلفه های بیمه محصولات کشاورزی و تجارب بین المللی نظام های بیمه محصولات زراعی در کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه می‌پردازد. و گونه شناسی این نظام های حمایتی را با توجه به متغیرهایی همچون عوامل خطر تحت پوشش، مبنای بیمه ای برنامه ها، نوع بیمه (اختیاری یا اجباری بودن بیمه)، تعهدات بیمه‌گر و بیمه گذار، مبانی عملیاتی طرح های بیمه ای، خصوصی بودن یا دولتی بودن نظام بیمه، طرح های منحصر به فرد بیمه، محصولات تحت پوشش، تنوع خطرات مربوط به هر محصول و… به همراه تحلیلی بر کارکردهای مالی برنامه های بیمه، تبیین و تحلیل می‌نماید. در این مطالعه سعی شده تا تصویری واضح از ساختار اجرایی بیمه محصولات کشاورزی در مناطق مختلف جهان، براساس تقسیم بندی قاره ای و حتی منطقه‌ای مدنظر قرار گیرد. روش شناسی این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی است و تلاش محقق بر آن است تا براساس مؤلفه های نظام های مختلف بیمه محصولات کشاورزی در دنیا، از رویکردی تطبیقی - مقایسه ای استفاده کند.
This paper tries to comparatively study agricultural products insurance factors and the international agricultural products insurance systems in developed and developing countries. It analyses these supporting systems typology form the view points of variables such as covered risk factors، program insurer and the insured، insurance projects operational fundamentals، insurance system type (private or governmentl)، insurance unique projects، insurance-covered products، and risks variety related to each product. It analyses insurance programs financial applications as well. The paper tries to provide the readers with a vivid image of executive structure of agricultural products insurance in various regions of the globe according to continental and even regional categorizations. Research methodology used here is library and documentational study. The researcher has tride to use a comparative-contrastive approach according to different insurance systems of agricultural products in the world.
