خلاصة:
منطقه غرب آسیا به عنوان حلقه اتصال سه قاره آسیا، آفریقا و اروپا از مناطق استراتژیک در چرخه قدرت جهانی است و پویش های امنیتی آن همواره از اهمیت استراتژیک برخوردار است. از سویی نقش ایران به عنوان یکی از کشورهای اصلی منطقه در تغییر و تحول نظم امنیتی منطقه از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و گرداوری اطلاعات از طریق اسنادی و نیز مصاخبه با 15 تن از صاحبنظران حوزه امنیت منطقه غرب آسیا در پی آن است که ایران خصوصا پس از حمله آمریکا به عراق (2003) نقش برجسته ای در تحولات امنیتی منطقه یافته و الگوی امنیتی منطقه را از موازنه قوا (بین امریکا و شوروی) قبل از انقلاب اسلامی و هژمونی آمریکا پس از فروپاشی شوروی به چالش کشیده و منطقه را از هژمونی مسلط امریکا خارج کرده و به موازنه چندقطبی یا موازنه جبهه ها تبدیل کرده
Security drills in the West Asian region have always been of strategic importance. On the other hand, the role of Iran as one of the main countries in the security dynamics of the region is of particular importance. Since when and how has the Islamic Republic been influencing the security order of the region and changing the pattern of friendship and enmity? This study seeks to investigate the impact of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the evolution of the security model in the region. One of the most important findings of this study is that the Islamic Republic, especially after the US invasion of Iraq, has played a prominent role in regional security developments and the security model of the region from the balance of power (between the Soviet :union: and the US) before the Islamic Revolution to the balance of fronts.
