خلاصة:
با گذشت بیش از چهاردهه از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، از یک سو شاهد پیشرفت و از دیگر سو، شاهد چالش‌های جدّی در عرصه ی کار آمدی می‌باشیم اگر راه طی شده تا کنون را درست می‌دانیم، پرسش اصلی در مورد راه بیرون‌رفت از تنگناهای موجود است؟ مقاله پیش‌رو، بررسی ادله کامیابی‌ها و ناکامی‌ها، به فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های پیش‌رو می‌پردازد و در ادامه به راهبردهای اساسی و پیشران در طرح دولت اسلامی تحول‌گرا اشاره می‌کند و بر این باور است که: سازمان‌دهی نیروهای انقلابی و مخلص در عرصه‌های مختلف تخصّصی و بر اساس رابطه امّت و امام، اصلاح قوانین و ساختارهای غیر متناسب با اهداف انقلاب، طراحی وضع مطلوب همراه با چگونگی اجراء و ارائه نظام پایش و توجه به هشدارها، از سرفصل‌های بنیادین آن است.
After passing more than four decades since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, on the one hand we are witnessing progress and on the other hand, we are witnessing serious challenges in the field of effectiveness. Given being in agreement with the passed way, the main question follows as: How can our system of government get rid of the limitations? The article, examining the evidence of successes and failures, deals with the opportunities and challenges ahead and further points to the basic strategies and drivers in the plan of the evolutionary Islamic state and believes that organizing revolutionary and sincere forces in various specialized fields and basing it on the relationship between the ummah and the imam, reforming the laws and structures that do not fit the goals of the revolution, designing the optimal situation along with showing the how of monitoring system and paying attention to the warnings are among its basic headings.
