خلاصة:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کارآیی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر تصویر بدنی ادراکی و تصویر بدنی نگرشی در بیماران زن مبتلا به اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش با استفاده از یک طرح نیمه تجربی تک آزمودنی با خطپایه چندگانه، از بین زنان مبتلا به اختلال بدریخت انگاری مراجع کننده به کلینیکهای روانپزشکی شهر تبریز در سال 1401، سه نفر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند و درمان پذیرش و تعهد را به مدت 8 جلسه یک ساعته دریافت کردند، شرکتکنندگان قبل از شروع درمان، در طی مراحل درمان و دوره پیگیری پرسشنامههای تصویر بدنی نگرشی (MBSRQ) و پرسشنامه تصویر بدنی ادراکی را تکمیل کردند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان دادند که درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر تصویر بدنی نگرشی با میانگین شاخص تغییر پایای 3/62 و درصد بهبودی 58/66 و تصویر بدنی ادراکی با میانگین شاخص تغییر پایای2/28 و درصد بهبودی 62 تاثیر مثبت دارد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد میتواند تصویر بدنی ادراکی و نگرشی در بیماران بدریخت انگاری بدنی را بهبود دهد. این یافتهها تلویحات عملی در موقعیتهای بالینی دارند که مورد بحث واقع شدهاند.
The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of acceptance and commitment therapy on perceptual and attitudinal body image in individuals with body dysmorphic disorder. The study was conducted with multiple baseline single subject design. Using purposed sampling, three participants were selected among the women with body dysmorphic disorder referred to the psychiatric clinics of Tabriz city in 2022. They were assessed by Attitudinal Body Image Questionnaires (MBSRQ) and Perceptual Body Image Questionnaire during the baseline, treatment and follow-up periods. They received an one-hour 8 sessions of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The findings of the research showed that acceptance and commitment therapy has a positive effect on attitudinal body image with an average reliability change index of 3.62 and recovery percentage of 58.66 and perceptual body image with an average reliability change index of 2.28 and recovery percentage of 62 in individuals with body dysmorphic disorder. The results of this research showed that Acceptance and Commitment Therapy can improve perceptual and attitudinal body image in individuals with body dysmorphic disorder. These findings have practical implications in clinical settings, which have been discussed.
