Key words: Values, Organization Culture, Training, Education, Human Resource Development Appraisal of Electronic Readiness Factors in Iran Police Forces Saied Hussein Hussaimi, Mahmood Hazrati Abstract: Communications and information technology in police(a service provider organization which is responsible for public order and security in community)enjoy a very high position because the positive results of using modem technology can affect the performance of police in society and support police missions in different domains.
While one of the main problems of Communications and information technology execution in organization is weakness or absent of electronic readiness for its development, in recent research the theoretical literatures related to subject were reviewed and the most significant factors in information technology domain in seven categories of high management commitment, organizational structure, organizational culture, financial support for plans, equipment and infrastructure for information technology, development of specialized human resources and policies and strategies in Communications and information technology were studied.
Islamic culture by stressing the importance of endeavor for knowledge acquisition, work and effort, order and discipline, doing the job rightly and firmly, attempt for self esteem and dignity of Islamic society, has paid the way for trotting the route of optimized productivity and progress, since police organization is also intended to employ quality management, attention to these aspects are desirable."
