Abstract:
زمینه و هدف : هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه بین توسعه رفتار اخلاقی توسط مدیران با سلامت سازمان بوده است .
روش : روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با جامعه آماری کارکنان واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد و دولتی استان مازندران به تعداد ٥٠٨٣ نفر و حجم نمونه بر مبنای جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد ٣٤٦ نفر که به شیوه تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه استاندارد سلامت سازمانی با ٢١ سوال و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته توسعه رفتار اخلاقی با ٣٥ سوال بوده است که پایایی آن روی نمونه ای ٣٠ نفری با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی ٠/٩٢ و برای پرسشنامه توسعه اخلاقی ٠/٩٤ محاسبه شده است ، برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است . داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده ازضریب همبستگی پیرسون ، آماره فیشر و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل واقع شده است .
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین آموزش اصول اخلاقی، انتخاب کارکنان با ظرفیت بالقوه اخلاقی، اشاعه قوانین و کدهای اخلاقی، میزان پایبندی مدیران به موازین اخلاقی و در نهایت توسعه رفتار اخلاقی در محیط کار با سلامت سازمان رابطه خطی معنیداری وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های تحقیق مشخص شد که بین توسعه رفتار اخلاقی در محیط کار و سلامت سازمان رابطه وجود دارد. بنابراین جهت حفظ سلامت سازمان پیشنهاد میگردد افرادی که دارای سوابق خوب و متصف به اخلاق شایسته هستند در پست مدیریت جایگزین گردند و منشوری اخلاقی مبتنی بر قوانین و کدهای اخلاقی که بیانگر بایدها و نبایدهای موجود در سازمان هستند، تدوین گردد و به اطلاع همه کارکنان برسد و بازبینی کدها و خط مشیهای اخلاقی مبتنی بر آن با مشارکت خود کارکنان صورت پذیرد
Background and aim: The purpose of the study was investigating the
relationship between development of managers’ethical behavior in work
environment and organizational health.
Method: The method of research was descriptive correlation. Statistical
population was all employees of Azad and state universities of Mazandaran
province (5083 people). Statistical sample was 346 people that were selected
by simple random method based on Krejcie and Morgan table. Measurement
tools were standard organizational health questionnaire with 21 questions
and researcher made ethical behavior development questionnaire with 35
questions. Reliability of questionnaires reviewed with Cronbach alpha that
was 0/92 for organizational health questionnaire and 0/94 for ethical behavior
development questionnaire. Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential
statistic including Pearson correlation coefficient, Fisher and Regression.
Findings: Findings revealed that there was significant linear correlation
between teaching ethical principles, selecting employees with ethical potential
capacity, promoting ethical rules and codes, managers’adherence to ethical
standards and at last ethical behavior development with organizational health.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research it was revealed that
there is a relationship between development of ethical behavior in work
environment and organizational health. Thus, in order to maintain the
organizational health it is recommended that people with clean records who
are known for good behavior take management positions and an ethical
charter based on ethical regulations and codes expressing what must be done
and what must not be done in an organization should be designed and all
staff should be informed about it. Also, reviewing the codes and their ethical
policies should be done by participation of the staff themselves.

بر مبنای اطلاعات جدول ٣، مناسب ترین مدل به صورت زیر میباشد: (آموزش اصول اخلاقی)×٠/٢٥٩+٢/١٣٨=سلامت سازمان فرضیه دوم : بین انتخاب کارکنان با ظرفیت بالقوه اخلاقی توسط مدیران در محیط کار و سلامت سازمانی رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد.
بر مبنای اطلاعات جدول ٦، مناسب ترین مدل به صورت زیر میباشد: (انتخاب کارکنان با ظرفیت بالقوه اخلاقی)×٠/١٩٨+٢/٣٢٥=سلامت سازمان فرضیه سوم : بین اشاعه قوانین و کدهای اخلاقی توسط مدیران در محیط کار و سلامت سازمانی رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد.
