Abstract:
سرمایه انسانی از اصلی ترین عوامل رشد و توسعه کشورها است و کمبود این سرمایه در کشورهای در حال توسعه فرایند رشد و توسعه را به تاخیر می‌اندازد. متاسفانه جمهوری اسلامی ایران از جمله کشورهایی است که به طور پیوسته با پدیده فرار مغزها روبرو بوده است. طبق آمار ارئه شده از سوی سازمان ملل ، در بین 72 کشور در حال توسعه در جهان، ایران رتبه سوم فرار مغزها را با توجه به جمعیت خود دارا است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل اجتماعی تاثیر گذار بر پدیده مهاجرت نخبگان است. عوامل اجتماعی بر مبنای سه متغیر اصلی سبک زندگی، طبقه اجتماعی و ساخت اجتماعی مورد تحلیل قرار می‌گیرد. همچنین عوامل دافعه مبدأ و جاذبه مقصد نیز بررسی شده است. نظریه اصلی مورد استفاده نظریه اورت لی می‌باشد. این تحقیق، پژوهشی کاربردی است و روش مورد استفاده در آن پیمایش است. برای اندازه‌گیری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری به دو دسته تقسیم شده است. دسته اول از میان دانشجویان فوق لیسانس و دکترای رشته‌های فنی که برای ادامه تحصیل و کار به کشور امریکا (دانشگاه مینسوتا) مهاجرت نموده و دسته دوم از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های تهران، امیر کبیر و صنعتی شریف انتخاب شده‌اند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و رگرسیون و برای آزمون فرضیات از رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین طبقه اجتماعی و مهاجرت رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد، رابطه بین سبک زندگی ایرانی و مهاجرت معکوس بوده و بین ساخت اجتماعی ایران و مهاجرت نخبگان رابطه مستقیمی وجود دارد.
Human capital is one of the main factors of growth and development of countries, and the lack of this capital in the developing countries delays the process of growth and development. Unfortunately, the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the countries that continually has faced with brain drain phenomenon. According to the statistics provided by the United Nations, among 72 developing countries in the world, Iran is ranked third in Brain Drain among "developing" countries, considering its population. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of social factors on the brain drain phenomenon. Social factors based on three main variables including lifestyle, social class and social structure are analyzed. The origin and destination attractions are also studied. The main theory used in this study is Lee Everett's theory. This research is functional, and the method of it is survey method. The main tool of data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical population is separated into two groups. The first group is among the doctoral and master's degree of technical students who migrate to United State of America to work or study (at Minnesota University) and the second group is among the students of three universities: University of Tehran, Amirkabir University, Sharif University of Technology. For data analysis, descriptive statisticand regression and for Hypotheses Test, logistic regression is used. The results show that there is no significant relationship between social class and immigration, there is a direct relationship between the social structure and the brain drain.
