Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت تعاملات بین فردی در تحول اجتماعی دوران کودکی، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر بازی درمانی کودک محور بر احساس خودکارآمدپنداری در تعاملات بین فردی دانش آموزان مبتلا به نشانه های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای بود.
روش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان 8 تا 12 ساله مبتلا به نافرمانی مقابله ای مراجع کننده به مراکز روانپزشکی و روانشناختی شهر رشت در بازه زمانی شش ماه اول سال 1396 بود که از میان آنها 30 کودک از طریق نمونهگیری در دسترس و بر حسب شرایط ورود به پژوهش انتخاب و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جای دهی شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس درجه بندی اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای (هومرسن و همکاران، 2006)، مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته (انجمن روانپزشکی آمریکا، 2013)، و مقیاس خودکارآمدی کودکان در روابط بینفردی با همسالان (ویلر و لد، 1982) استفاده شد. مداخله آموزشی بازی درمانی برای گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای با فاصله 3 روز بین جلسات ارائه شد، در حالی که گروه کنترل چنین آموزشی را دریافت نکردند.
یافته ها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری یک راهه نشان داد که بازی درمانی کودک محور موجب افزایش خودکارآمدپنداری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای در سطح کل و در موقعیت با تعارض در تعاملات بین فردی میگردد.
نتیجه گیری: بازی درمانی با شیوهای متناسب با سطح تحول کودکان به طور عینی و ملموس، تجربه مهارت آموزی را برای آنها فراهم می کند و این تمرین عملی به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم منجر به بهبود خودکارآمدپنداری در تعاملات بین فردی این کودکان میشود.
Background and Purpose: Considering the importance of interpersonal interactions in the social development of childhood، the purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of child-centered play therapy on self-efficacy in peer relations among students with oppositional defiant disorder symptoms.
Method: The research method was a semi-experimental design with a pre-test post-test design with control group. The statistical population included all children aged 8 to 12 years with oppositional defiant disorder symptoms that referring to psychiatric and psychological centers of Rasht in the first six months of 2017، among which 30 children were selected through convenient sampling entry، and assigned into two experimental and control groups randomly. To collect data، the scale of rating oppositional defiant disorder symptoms (Homerson & et al، 2006)، structured clinical interview (American Psychiatric Association، 2013)، and Self-Efficacy in Peer Relations (Wheeler & Led، 1982) were used. Child-centered play therapy intervention was provided to the experimental group in 10 sessions of 60 minutes with intervals of 3 days between sessions، while the control group received no training.
Results: The results of one-way covariance analysis showed that child-centered play therapy improves the self-efficacy of children with oppositional defiant disorder symptoms in the overall level and in conflict situations in the interpersonal interactions.
Conclusion: Play therapy in a manner consistent with the level of children's development، objectively and tangibly provides them skill learning experience، and this practical exercise directly and indirectly leads to improved self-efficacy in interactive interactions in children.
