Abstract:
موسسات تجاری برای حفظ بقای خود همواره باید از مدرن ترین فناوری ها استفاده کنند. با پیشرفت سریع فناوری های پردازشی و ذخیره سازی و همچنین اینترنت، مدل محاسباتی جدیدی به نام رایانش ابری بروز کرده است. با این حال، در ایران اغلب شرکت های تجاری و فناوری اطلاعات، در فضای فناوری سنتی فعالیت می کنند. اخیرا شرکت ها کسب اطلاعات و به کارگیری افراد متخصص در این زمینه را شروع کرده اند. استفاده از ابر، با وجود مزایای بسیار، مخاطرات متعددی نیز دارد و موسسات باید، قبل از مهاجرت به محیط ابری، آن ها را بشناسند. عوامل زیادی در انطباق شرکت ها و استفادهٔ آن ها از ابر تاثیر می گذارند. شناسایی این عوامل برای شناخت بهتر رایانش ابری و تصمیم گیری دربارهٔ پذیرش یا عدم پذیرش آن الزامی است. برای شناخت و سنجش اثر این عوامل بر رایانش ابری، به یک مدل پذیرش فناوری نیاز داریم. در این پژوهش، با توجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته دربارهٔ انطباق شرکت ها با ابر و همچنین مصاحبه با کارشناسان و افراد خبره که غالبا از ارائه کنندگان خدمات ابر و اعضای شرکت های ارائه کنندهٔ خدمات فناوری اطلاعات هستند، سعی شده است این عوامل شناسایی شوند، و با استفاده از مدل پذیرش فناوری، نهایتا مدلی نوین و مناسب برای انطباق با رایانش ابری با استفاده از روش TAM تغییریافته ارائه گردد. در این مدل، روابط بین عوامل به گونه ای بررسی شده است که تاثیر هر یک در دیگری، به خوبی قابل تشخیص است.
By rapid advancement in processing and storage technologies as well as Internet، a new computational model called cloud computing has emerged. However، most of the business and IT companies operate in the traditional IT space in Iran. Recently، companies began to learn and use expert persons in this field. Despite of many benefits of cloud، there are several risks which institutions should know before they migrate to the cloud environment. There are many factors that affect the adaptation and adoption of cloud by companies. Identifying these factors is required for better understanding of cloud computing to accept or reject it. To understand and analyze the effect of these factors on cloud computing، we need to use a technology acceptance model. In this research according to the conducted studies about companies adoption with cloud and as well as interview with experts who are often from cloud service providers and IT service provider companies، we tried to identify these factors and finally using technology acceptance model، a new and suitable model was provided to adopt with cloud computing. In this model، the relationships between the factors have been studied in a way that the effect of them on each will be recognized well.
