Abstract:
هدف از این پژوهش، تدوین راهکارهای توسعه کیفی آموزش مربیان ورزشی استان گلستان بود. به این منظور از روش تحقیق آمیخته که ترکیبی از روشهای کیفی (مطالعه و مصاحبه) و کمی (پرسشنامه) می باشد، استفاده شد. راهکارهای استخراج شده از مطالعات و مصاحبه ها در قالب پرسشنامه پنج ارزشی لیکرت تنظیم و بین نمونه آماری (مدیران، کارشناسان و مربیان ورزشی نخبه استان گلستان) توزیع شدند. روایی محتوای پرسشنامه توسط 7 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی که در حوزه مربیگری سابقه تدریس و تحقیق داشتند تایید شد و پایایی آن در یک مطالعه مقدماتی روی 30 نفر از نمونه آماری، 84/0 به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که عوامل مرتبط با ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش، نیازسنجی آموزشی، برنامه ریزی آموزشی، اجرای آموزش و استانداردسازی فعالیت های آموزشی به ترتیب بیشترین اهمیت را در آموزش کیفی مربیان ورزشی استان گلستان داشتند. در ادامه، راهکارهای متناظر با هر یک از عوامل آموزش مربیان، شناسایی و اولویت بندی شدند.
An efficient and specialized human resource is one of the effective factors in promoting sport. One of the most important human resources in the success of sports organizations is sports coaches, whose small decision in practice can affect the overall performance of the sports organization.The purpose of this study was to Explaining of Policies for Sport Coaches Training development in Golestan Province. For this purpose, a mixed research method was used that combines qualitative methods (study and interview) and quantitative (questionnaire). The extracted Policies from the studies and interviews were developed in a five-point Likert questionnaire and distributed among the statistical sample (elite sports managers, experts and coaches in Golestan province). Data analysis using Friedman test showed that the factors related to the evaluation of educational effectiveness, educational needs assessment, educational planning, educational implementation and standardization of educational activities were the most important in training of Golestan sport coaches. In the following, related policies for each factor were identified and prioritized.
