نقش میانجی پیشایندهای نیت کار آفرینی در رابطه‌ی تجربه قبلی ونیت کارآفرینی اجتماعی Journal Article

کارآفرینی اجتماعی از جدیدترین موضوعاتی که همراه با کارآفرینی سازمانی و اقتصادی درمحافل علمی مورد توجه قرارگرفته است. توسعة کارآفرینی اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از روش های رفع مسائل و آسیب های اجتماعی تلقی می شود مقوله کارآفرینی اجتماعی می تواند به سرعت دادن روند پیشرفت کشور کمک کند. برهمین اساس هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی پیشایندهای نیت کارآفرینی دررابطه تجربه قبلی مشکلات اجتماعی و نیت کار آفرینی بوده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و در دسته تحقیق‌های توصیفی پیمایشی قرار دارد. گردآوری داده‌ها توسط پرسشنامه 19 سوالی استاندارد هوکرتس(2017) صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 120 نفر از مدیران وفعالان کارآفرینی اجتماعی زن بود و حجم نمونه، با استفاده از جدول مورگان، به تعداد 92 نفر محاسبه شد. جهت انتخاب نمونه، از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای استفاده شد. تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها، با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها نشان داد که در سطح اطمینان 95% الگوی ساختاری تحقیق، از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است و با تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن بود که تجربه قبلی مشکلات اجتماعی بر تعهد اخلاقی و خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی اجتماعی، تاثیر می‌گذارد ولی تاثیرتجربه قبلی مشکلات اجتماعی بر نیت کارآفرینی رد شد و در نهایت نقش مثبت دو متغیرمیانجی نیز تایید شد. بنابراین تعهد اخلاقی، خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی اجتماعی بر نیت کارآفرینی اجتماعی تاثیر می‌گذارد.

Social entrepreneurship is one of the latest issues that has been considered along with organizational and economic entrepreneurship in scientific circles. The development of social entrepreneurship is considered as one of the ways to solve social problems and harms. The category of social entrepreneurship can help accelerate the progress of the country. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of antecedents of entrepreneurial intention in relation to previous experience of social problems and entrepreneurial intention. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is in the category of descriptive survey research. Data were collected using a 19-item standard questionnaire by Hookerts (2017). The statistical population of the study was 120 managers and activists of female social entrepreneurship and the sample size was calculated to be 92 people using Morgan table. To select the sample, stratified random sampling method was used. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling and LISREL software. The results showed that at the 95% confidence level of the structural model of the research, it has a good fit. Previous social problems affect the moral commitment and self-efficacy of social entrepreneurship, but the effect of previous experience of social problems on entrepreneurial intent was rejected and finally the positive role of two mediating variables was confirmed. Thus, moral commitment, social entrepreneurship self-efficacy affects the intention of social entrepreneurship
