Abstract:

The study is aimed at a philosophical analysis of the five mindsets of higher education administrators in Islamic Azad University. The statistical population of the study includes the directors of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran and Alborz Provinces, in two higher and middle levels and in three areas of activity including educational, executive and research activities and the sample was selected by purposeful (judgmental) method. The method of data collection is mixed (qualitative and quantitative), where semi-structured interview tools were used in the qualitative part and the data obtained from the qualitative part of the structural self-interaction matrix was used in the quantitative part. To make the matrix consistent, the Boolean rule was used to discover the relationships between the indicators and determine their status, and finally to discover the relationships between the indicators and determine their status, and finally the ISM graph was presented. Findings from the present study indicate that top managers have a pragmatic mindset, middle managers have an analytical mindset, managers in the field of education have a participatory mindset, managers in the field of execution jointly have global and pragmatic mindsets, and managers in the field of research have a reflective mindset.

همچنین ، فلسفه ، فرض - های عقل سلیم را به صورت منظم بررسی مینماید و میتواند به عنوان اساس فکر و عمل مطرح و نوعی نظریۀ عملـی بـرای اشـخاص (بلاخص مدیران ) محـسوب شـود (رونـا و لیرهم ١، ٢٠٠٤؛ به نقل از جاویدی و همکاران ، ١٣٨٩) فلسفه در مفهوم بسیار کلی شامل تلاش انسان در جهت اندیشه نظری، تأملی و نظام دار درباره جهان و رابطه انسان با آن است (گوتک ٢، ترجمه پاک سرشت ، ١٣٩٣) که بنیادهای شناختی و معرفت در باره جهان اطراف خود (معرفت شناسی ) و دستورالعمل های مربوط به ارزش ها (ارزش شناسی) را بیان میکند و میتواند فرایندهای آموزشی را تحت الشعاع قرار دهد. ذهنیت (به معنی نوع تفکر، فرهنگ معین ،١٣٥٠: ٧٢١) و انگاره های مدیران سازمان ها، یکی از عوامل مهم قبل از اجرای تصمیم میباشد (واعظی، ١٣٩٦) و مدیران دانشگاهی بنا بر ماهیت فعالیت ها در نظام آموزشی و ضرورت حرفه ای، نیازمند تفکر و تصمیم گیری هستند، ولی بسیاری از آنان از تحلیل اینکه چگونه به این تصمیم میرسند ناتوان هستند (رضائیان ، ١٣٨٢). در مرحله توصیف ، مسئله یابی صورت میگیرد، در مرحلۀ مقایسه ، فرد دربارة موضوع مورد تأمل از منظرها و 1 Bernard & etal 2 Jootun& Mc Garry 3 Larrive 4 John Dewey 5 Van Manen 6 Wallace 7 Korthagen 8 Jay & Johnson چارچوب های متفاوت به تفکر مینشیند و در مرحلۀ انتقاد، سعی میشود از نظرات و افکار دیگران معنایی به دست آورده یا چارچوب جدیدی برای ارجاع توسعه دهد (شان ١، ١٩٨٣).
