Abstract:
زمینه وهدف:حس عمقی از عوامل مهم د پیشگیری ازآسیب به شمار میرود که تحت تأثیر عوامل بسیاری ازجمله ریتم شبانه روزی موجوددربدن انسان است.اختلال درعملکردحس عمقی میتواندخطر بروزآسیب وسقوط رادر سالمندان افزایش دهد.هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر دو زمان روز بر دقت عملکرد حس عمقی مفصل زانو در مردان سالمند شهر کرمان بود.روش برسی:تعداد20مردسالمندبامیانگین سن6.34 ± 68.09سال،قد6.99±171.23و وزن10.54±75.12براساس معیارهای ورودبه تحقیق و به شکل هدفمند از میان60نفرداوطلب شرکت کننده به عنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند.خطای بازسازی زاویه‌ای مفصل زانودر دو زمان مختلف روز(7/5 صبح و5 عصر)و در دو زاویه هدف 45 و60 درجه فلکسیون توسط روش مارکرگذاری پوستی و عکس‌برداری دیجیتال به وسیله دوربین هندیکم اندازه‌گیری شد.برای تجزیه و تحلیل عکس‌ها ازنرم افزار اُتوکد وبرای مقایسه داده‌هادرساعات مختلف از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر استفاده شد.یافته‌ها:هرچند رکوردهای متفاوتی در ساعات مختلف ثبت شد و با اینکه میانگین خطاهای بازسازی درساعات ابتدایی روزکمتر بود،طبق نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس تفاوت معنیداری در نتایج اندازه گیریهای خطای بازسازی هردوزاویه°45(0.591=p)و60°(0.310=p)مفصل زانو درساعات مختلف روز مشاهده نشد.نتیجه‌گیری:با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده ازاین تحقیق، به نظر میرسد که دقت عملکرد حس عمقی در مفصل زانو تحت تأثیر ریتم شبانه روزی قرار نداشته و بر این اساس،تفاوتی در احتمال بروز آسیب دیدگی و احتمالا سقوط سالمندان درساعات مختلف شبانه روز ناشی ازعملکرد متفاوت این حس وجودندارد.اما با توجه به وجود تفاوت هرچند غیرمعنیداردررکوردهای مختلف ازساعات مختلف شبانه روز،توصیه میشودکه سالمندان درساعات انتهایی روزبیشتر به عوامل خارجی افتادن نظیر ناهمواری سطح زمین توجه داشته وازانجام فعالیتهایی که تعادل وحس عمقی بیشتری میطلبد،خودداری کنند.
Background and aim:Proprioception is one of the most important factors in preventing injury, which is influenced by many factors, including the circadian rhythm. Proprioceptive dysfunction can increase the risk of injury and falls in the elderly.The aim of this study was to investigate effect of two different time of day on accuracy of knee JPS among Kerman elderly men.Materials and Methods:Twenty elderly men with mean age of 68.09±6.34years old,height171.23±6.99cm and weight75.12±10.54kg were selected randomly from among60volunteer participants,based on inclusion and exclusion criteria of study.Reconstruction error data of knee joint was measured.AutoCAD software was used to analyze the images and repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare data at different times.Results:Despite recording different records at different times and also decreasing mean reconstruction errors in early hours of day and according to results of analysis of variance in results of knee joint angular reconstruction error measurements at different times of day No statistical significance was observed.Although different records were recorded at different hours,and although mean of regenerative errors was lower in early hours of day,according to results of analysis of variance,there was no significant difference in results of regenerative error measurements at both angle of45(p=0.591)and 60(p=0.310)of knee joint at different times of day.Conclusion:According to results, accuracy of proprioceptive function in knee joint is not affected by circadian rhythm and,there is no difference in likelihood of injury and possibly fall risk of elderly at different times of day due to proprioceptive dysfunction while performing physical activities in different hours of day and night.
