Abstract:
فرسودگی شغلی به علت تاثیر منفی ای که بر فرایند امور می‌گذارد مورد توجه متخصصان تعلیم و تربیت قرار گرفته است. فرسودگی یک حالت منفی خستگی فیزیکی، هیجانی و ذهنی میباشد که با حس عمیق شکست از کار همراه است. فرسودگی در بین کارکنان بسیاری از سازمانها به صورت خستگی مزمن ناشی از کار بیش اندازه در فعالیت‌های کاری خود، نگرش بدبینانه و بی‌تفاوتی نسبت به کار و احساس شایستگی پایین و فقدان احساس موفقیت بروز داده می‌شود. فرسودگی شغلی از نظر مفهومی یک حالت خستگی بدنی، ذهنی و هیجانی است که ناشی از فشار هیجانی پی درپی است ناگویی خلقی نیز اصطلاحی است که به معنی مشکل در شناسایی احساسات میباشد که فرد در تمایز میان احساساتش دچار پریشانی می‌شود. هدف اساسی پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تنظیم شناختی هیجان و ناگویی خلقی در فرسودگی شغلی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی میباشد.
Job burnout has attracted the attention of educators due to the negative impact it has on the work process. Exhaustion is a negative state of physical, emotional, and mental fatigue that is accompanied by a deep sense of failure at work. Exhaustion among employees of many organizations manifests itself in the form of chronic fatigue due to overwork in their work activities, pessimistic and indifferent attitude towards work and low sense of competence and lack of sense of success. Occupational burnout is conceptually a state of physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion caused by successive emotional stress. Mood swings are also a term that refers to the difficulty in identifying emotions that a person has trouble distinguishing between emotions. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of cognitive regulation of emotion and mood deprivation in the burnout of librarians in public libraries.
