The research method is qualitative in terms of type and its method is phenomenological and the nature, is answering why, how and what questions. For this purpose, 20 male veterans who (After becoming a veteran) were married between 1981 and 1996 and faced problems such as childlessness or childbearing, were interviewed in three provinces, Tehran, Isfahan and Qom. Research results show that they got married because it was the only way to void from the various troubles they faced. This reductionist approach to marriage and family formation had consequences that some of them could not get rid of them in the future. These consequences include: Empty house (houses without children). 2. Sexual dissatisfaction of the couples 3 Childbearing through medical interventions and having single child 4. Heavy burden and role pressure of veterans’ spouses 5. Adoption.
