Abstract:
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه رهبری معنوی و کیفیت زندگی کاری با توانمندسازی روانشناختی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کردستان بود. روش شناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کردستان مشتمل بر 84 نفر بود. با توجه به تعداد کم افراد جامعه از روش سرشماری استفاده گردید و پرسشنامه بین همه کارکنان توزیع گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه های رهبری معنوی فرای و همکاران، کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون و توانمندسازی روانشناختی وتن و کمرون بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها بوسیله ده نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی تأیید شد. همچنین جهت بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آلفا برای پرسشنامه رهبری معنوی، 945/0، برای پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کاری، 910/0 و برای پرسشنامه توانمندسازی روانشناختی، 922/0 محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین رهبری معنوی و کیفیت زندگی کاری با توانمندسازی روانشناختی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش به مدیران سازمان ها، از جمله اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کردستان پیشنهاد می شود، با ایجاد فضای رهبری معنوی و کیفیت زندگی کاری مطلوب، توانمندی روانشناختی کارکنان را تقویت کنند.
Objective: The aim of this research work was to study the relation between the spiritual
leadership and the quality of work life with psychological empowerment among staff of Sport
and Youth Organization of the Kurdistan Province.
Methodology: The method of research was descriptive–correlation. The population including
all the employees of Sport and Youth Organization of the Kurdistan Province consisted of 84
individuals. As the population was limited, the census method was used, and the
questionnaires were distributed among all staff. The data collection instruments were
questionnaires of Fry’s spiritual leadership (2005), Walton’s quality of working life (1973),
and Whetten and Cameron’s psychological empowerment (1998). The apparent and content
validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by ten experts. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient
was used to test the reliability. The alpha coefficient for the questionnaire of spiritual
leadership was 0.94, for the questionnaire of quality of working life was 0.91, and for the
questionnaire of psychological empowerment was 0.92. The data analysis was done by the
Pearson correlation and the multiple regression test.
Results: Data analysis indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between the
spiritual leadership and the quality of work life with psychological empowerment.
Conclusion: According to the results obtained, it is highly recommended to the managers of
organizations, private managers of Sport and Youth Organization of Kurdistan province, to
create a favorable spiritual leadership and quality of work life and strengthen psychological
empowerment.
