Abstract:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر صداقت رفتاری و ادراک سیاست‌های سازمانی بر اعتماد کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام گرفت. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی و از نظر ماهیت از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی، مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری آن شامل کارکنان ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان (950N=) بوده و تعداد 274 نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان اجرا شده است. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پژوهش سه پرسشنامه ادراک سیاست سازمانی (کاکمار و کارلسون، 1997)، اعتماد کارکنان به مدیر (شرمن و بالینگر، 2006؛ مایر و همکاران، 1995) و صداقت رفتاری (مورمن و همکاران، 2012 و سایمونز و همکاران، 2007) بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظرات صاحب‌نظران و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی و تائید قرار گرفت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم‌افزار Smartpls 3 بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که صداقت رفتاری با ضرایب مسیر ۵۲۴/0 و 624/0- به ترتیب دارای اثر معنی‌داری بر اعتماد کارکنان و ادراک سیاست سازمانی است. همچنین ادراک سیاست سازمانی نیز با ضریب مسیر ۳۷۹/0- دارای اثر معنی‌داری بر اعتماد کارکنان است. نتیجه‌گیری: با شناخت مناسب از نحوه تاثیرگذاری صداقت رفتاری و ادراک سیاست‌های سازمانی بر اعتماد کارکنان؛ مدیران این امکان را می‌یابند که اقدامات مناسبی را جهت افزایش اعتماد کارکنان و در نهایت بهبود عملکرد سازمان انجام دهند.
Objective: In this work, we aimed to investigate the effect of the behavioral integrity and organizational policy perception on the trust of the staff in the Ministry of Sport and Youth.
Methodology: This was an applied study with a descriptive and correlational nature based on structural equation modeling. The studied population included the headquarter staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N = 950). 274 individuals were selected as the sample of this population. The research work instrument included questionnaires of organizational policy perception (Kacmar and Carlson, 1997), staff trust in managers (Mayer et al., 1995; Schoorman and Ballinger, 2006), and behavioral integrity (Simons et al., 2007; Moorman et al., 2012). The facial and content validity as well as the reliability of all questionnaires were scrutinized for more insight. Moreover, SEM was employed for data analysis by means of Smartpls 3.
Results: The results obtained depicted that the behavioral integrity of managers with the coefficients of 02524 and -02624 had significant effects on the staff trust and organizational policy perception, respectively. Furthermore, organizational policy perception with the coefficient of -02379 had a significant effect on the staff trust.
Conclusion: Investigating the effects of behavioral integrity and organizational policy perception on staff trust enables the managers to concentrate on suitable practices in order to reach more staff trust and better organizational performance.
