Abstract:
هدف از این پژوهش رتبه‌بندی عوامل شکل‌گیری رؤیاپردازی مطلوب مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی دیمتل و تحلیل شبکه ای می‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) بود. جامعة آماری شامل نخبگان در حوزة پژوهش بودند که بدین منظور تعداد 13 نفر بر حسب روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه مشخص گردیدند. این افراد در بخش های کیفی و کمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری شامل پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته و مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. روایی پرسشنامه با توجه به نظر خبرگان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین پایایی این پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش محاسبةآلفای‌کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت (83/0= α). در قسمت تجزیه و تحلیل کمی پژوهش، از روش دیمتل و همچنین روش تحلیل شبکه‌ای استفاده شد. کلیة فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش در نرم افزار سوپردسیژن انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که هشت عامل شامل هدف‌گذاری مناسب، قدرت تجسم، کنترل احساسات، شناخت محیط، تسلط بر قوانین، ارزش‌ها و استانداردها، عملیاتی‌نمودن اهداف، شناخت فرصت‌های جدید و توان مدیریتی شناسایی گردید. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که عامل تسلط بر قوانین، ارز ها و استانداردها با وزن 237/0 مهم‌ترین عامل شکل‌گیری رؤیاپردازی مطلوب مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی مشخص گردید.
Describe the ranking factors for the desirable dreaming of sports organization managers using Combined Approach DEMITEL and Network Analysis. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the study consisted of elites in the field of research. For this purpose, 13 individuals were selected as the sample of the study by purposeful sampling method. These individuals were examined in qualitative and quantitative sections. The research tools were researcher-made questionnaire and semi-structured interview. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated according to the experts' opinion. The reliability of the questionnaire was also assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.83). In the quantitative analysis part of the research, the DEMTEL method as well as the network analysis method were used. All the research data analysis process was performed in Superdeicision software. The results showed that eight factors were identified including appropriate targeting, visualization power, emotion control, environmental recognition, mastery of rules, values and standards, operationalization of goals, recognition of new opportunities and management capability. The results also showed that the dominance of rules, values and standards with weight of 0.223 was identified as the most important factor in the desirable dreaming of sports organization managers.
