Abstract:
سابقه و هدف: دوالی یا واریس یک بیماری مزمن و شایع است که افراد زیادی در معرض ابتلا به آن هستند. ریسک ابتلا به آن در زنان دو برابر مردان است. ابتلا به آن گاهی بدون علامت بوده و گاهی طیف وسیعی از علائم شامل درد، تورم، برجسته شدن عروق وریدی و در مواردی ابتلا به زخمهای وریدی را ایجاد میکند و درمان آن بیشتر نگهدارنده بوده و شامل تغییر سبک زندگی، درمان فشاری و در موارد بسیار محدود جراحی است و از آنجا که در طب جدید درمان قطعی برای آن یافت نشده است لذا در این تحقیق از دو دیدگاه طب سنتی و طب جدید به بررسی علل و عوامل زمینهساز و روشهای درمانی این بیماری پرداختیم.
مواد و روشها: تحقیق به روش کتابخانهای انجام شد. تعداد چهار منبع معتبر طب سنتی با استفاده از نرمافزار نور در منابع طب سنتی و سه مقالۀ مروری در منابع جدید گزارش شد.
نتیجهگیری: دوالی در طب سنتی ایران بهخوبی شناخته شده است. در طب سنتی توجه به سن، مزاج، ویژگیهای شخصی مثل تحرک، تغذیه و مکان زندگی بسیار مهم است. درمان علاوه بر تغییر سبک زندگی شامل تغذیه، بانداژ اندام تحتانی، درمانهای دارویی خوراکی و موضعی، فصدهای ویژه و در نهایت جراحی رگ مبتلا بوده است.
Background and Purpose: Davali or Varicose vein is a common and chronic disease that many people are prone to it. Varicose veins affects women twice as often as men. Varicose vein is often asymptomatic and sometimes can cause a range of symptoms including pain, ankle swelling, edema, telangiectasia, varicose ulcers. Treatment is usually conservative with life-style modification, compression therapy and surgery is done in a few cases. Because there is no definitive treatment in new medicine, Therefore, in this study, from two perspectives of traditional medicine and new medicine, we reviewed the causes and underlying factors of the disease and its therapeutic methods.
Methods and Materials: The research was conducted in a library method. Four authoritative sources of traditional medicine have been reported using “Noor” software and in new sources three review articles have been reported.
Conclusion: Davali (varicose vein) was well known in Traditional Persian Medicine. In traditional Persian medicine, pay special attention to age, temperament and personal characteristics such as mobility, nutrition, and place of life was performed. Treatment of Davali includes lifestyle changes, lower limb bandaged, oral and topical medications, use of specific bloodletting and ultimately venous ablation.
