Abstract:
مقدمه: زندگی تحصیلی یکی از مهمترین دورههای زندگی است که چنانجه با بهزیستی باشد، رشد و پیشرفت بیشتری همراه دارد. پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مداخلات روانشناسی مثبتگرای مبتنی بر مدرسه بر سطوح اجتماعی و رفتاری بهزیستی تحصیلی دانشآموزان بود.
روش کار: 64 نفر از دانشآموزان دختر پایه اول دوره دوم متوسطه شهر اراک به شیوه تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون پسآزمون، با گروه کنترل بود. گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه به مدت 5/1 ساعت مداخله مثبتگرای مبتنی بر مدرسه دریافت نمودند. آزمودنیها قبل و بعد از مداخله پرسشنامههای مشارکت فعال (وانگ، ویلت و اسکلتس)، سازگاری (سینها و سینگ) و فرسودگی تحصیلی (برسو، سالانووا و اسکافلی) را پاسخ دادند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که نمرات مشارکت فعال در مدرسه، سازگاری و کارآمدی تحصیلی در گروه آزمایش بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود و نمرات خستگی هیجانی، بدبینی و فرسودگی نیز در گروه آزمایش کمتر از گروه کنترل بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: بنابراین با توجه به موثر بودن آموزش مفاهیم روانشناسی مثبتگرای مبتنی بر مدرسه بر سطوح اجتماعی و رفتاری بهزیستی تحصیلی، به دست اندرکاران امور آموزشی نوجوانان توصیه میشود این مفاهیم را برای بهبود روابط بین فردی و انطباق با محیط تحصیلی و پیشگیری از افت یا ترک تحصیل به کار ببرند.
Introduction: Educational life is one of the most important periods of life that is associated with well-being, with greater growth and progress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of school-based positive-positive psychological interventions on the social and behavioral levels of students' educational well-being.
Methods: 64 female primary school students of Arak high school were randomly selected and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. The research method was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. The experimental group received 10 sessions for 1.5 hours of positive school-based intervention. The subjects responded to active participation (Wang &Vilt & skeletal), compatibility (Sinha & Singh) and Academic burnout (Scafelli& Bersu & Salanova) questionnaires, before and after the intervention.
Results: The results of covariance analysis showed that the results of active participation in school, adaptability and academic efficiency in the experimental group were more than the control group, and the emotional exhaustion, pessimism and burnout scores in the experimental group were less than the control group.
Conclusions: The effectiveness of teaching the concepts of school-based positive psychology on the social and behavioral levels of educational well-being, adolescents are advised to develop these concepts for improving interpersonal relationships and adapting to the educational environment and preventing dropping or leaving to study.
