Abstract:
خدمات و امکانات گردشگری به‌عنوان یکی از بنیادی‌ترین اشکال عرضه در صنعت فراغت و تفریح، بیشترین حجم درآمدزایی را برای جوامع میزبان پس از صنعت حمل‌ونقل و جابجایی گردشگران به وجود می‌آورد. بررسی تجارب مقاصد توسعه‌یافته‌ی گردشگری داخلی و خارجی نشان می‌دهد که مقاصدی در این عرصه درخشیده‌اند که در نظام عرضه محصولات گردشگری خود، مجهز به سیستمی سامان‌یافته و توانا در بعد تسهیلات و خدمات گردشگری به‌ویژه در زمینه تأسیسات تجاری و اقامتی هستند. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. روش‌های گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی می‌باشد. با توجه به سیال بودن جمعیت بازدید کننده از مرکز تجاری- اقامتی امید شهر مشهد در این پژوهش امکان محاسبه جامعه آماری وجود ندارد، از این رو از فرمول‌های تعین حجم نمونه خاصی بهره گیری نشده و به صورت پیش فرض تعداد 200 پرسشنامه در محدوده مورد مطالعه پخش و جمع آوری گردیده است. در این راستا با بهره‌گیری از پرسشنامه اقدام به جمع آوردی داده‌ها شده است. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار 18 spss و تحلیل‌های T.test، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون بهره‌گیری شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشانگر آن است که بین شاخص‌های قابلیت و جذابیت فضاهای تجاری-اقامتی امید شهر مشهد و گردشگری آن به میزان 0.417+ درصد رابطه و همبستگی وجود دارد که این امر بیانگر رابطه مستقیم بین دو متغیر است. در ادامه با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون به تأثیرات هرکدام از شاخص‌ها در این همبستگی پرداخته شد. نتایج حاصل از این آزمون نشان داد که شاخص کالبدی و فضایی با امتیاز 0.291 بیشترین ضریب تأثیر و سایر شاخص‌های پژوهش به ترتیب با میزان بتای 0.219 برای شاخص کاربری و فعالیت، بتای 135/0 برای شاخص زیست‌محیطی، بتای 116/0 برای شاخص فرهنگی و اجتماعی و بتای 107/0 برای شاخص ادراکی و شناختی در محدوده موردمطالعه تأثیرگذار می‌باشند.
Abstract Tourism services and facilities as one of the most basic forms of supply in leisure and recreation industry provide the most income content for the host communities after the transport industry and tourists' movement in interval-international area. Considering the experience in developing domestic and foreign tourism purposes shows that industries emanated in this area that in their tourism product-supply system are equipped with an organized and capable system in terms of tourism facilities and services especially in commercial and residential facilities. Competition for sustainable development of urban tourism according to the tourists' needs in addition to strengthening the participation of private sectors and citizens in meeting these needs, also creating different substrate-planning platforms in this field should be important and planned in tourism executive management. The current study is done according to its functional goal and its nature and descriptive-analytical method. The data collection methods in this study are library and field ones. In this regard, the data were gathered using a questionnaire. For analyzing data, SPSS 18 software, T-test analysis, Pearson correlation test and Regression test were used. The results show that there is +0.417 percent relation and correlation between the capability and attractiveness of Omid commercial-residential places in Mashhad and its tourism which shows a direct relationship between the two variables. Then, the Regression analysis was used on the impacts of each indicator in this correlation. The test results showed that physical and spatial indicators had the highest impact factor among all the targeted indicators in this study. The other indicators are effective in the study with the Beta 0.219 for profile and activity index, Beta 0.315 for environmental index, Beta 0.116 for cultural-social index and Beta 0.107 for perceptual and cognitive index.
