Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر نقاشی درمانی بر اختلال اضطراب و اختلال نافرمانی/ مقابله‌ای در کودکان با کم‌توانی‌ذهنی بود.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع روش نیمه‌آزمایشی همراه با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری مطالعه حاضر، شامل کودکان با کم توانی ذهنی شهر تهران بود که در سال ۱۳۹۹-۱۴۰۰ در کلینیک نیکان تهران خدمات توانبخشی دریافت می‌کردند. بیست نفر از افراد واجد شرایط به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه گواه (ده نفر) و گروه آزمایش (ده نفر) قرار گرفتند. از مقیاس اضطراب کودکان اسپنس فرم والدین (۱۹۹۷) استفاده شده است. گروه آزمایش ده جلسه نقاشی درمانی (هر جلسه به مدت نود دقیقه) را به صورت گروهی دریافت نمودند و گروه گواه، مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. پس از اتمام دوره، برای هر دو گروه آزمایش و گواه، پس‌آزمون اجرا شد. داده‌های حاصل با آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره در نرم افزار SPSS 20 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. مقادیر احتمال کمتر از ۰۵/۰ از نظر آماری معنادار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج داده‌های پژوهش نشان داد که نقاشی درمانی در کاهش اختلال اضطراب مؤثر است (۰۵/0 p). همچنین، این مداخله در کاهش اختلال نافرمانی / مقابله‌ای اثربخش بوده است (۰۵/0 p).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های بدست آمده می‌توان گفت نقاشی درمانی روش کارآمدی در بهبود اختلال اضطراب و اختلال نافرمانی/ مقابله‌ای کودکان با کم توانی ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر است.
Abstract
Background and Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of painting therapy on anxiety disorder and oppositional defiant disorder in children with mental retardation.
Method: This research was a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the present study included children with mental disabilities in Tehran who received rehabilitation services in Nikan Clinic in Tehran in 2019-2020. Twenty eligible individuals were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly divided into two groups of control (ten people) and experimental group (ten people). The Parents' Anxiety Scale for Children (1997) was used. The experimental group received ten sessions of painting therapy (each session for ninety minutes) as a group and the control group did not receive any intervention. At the end of the course, post-test was performed for both experimental and control groups. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance in SPSS 20 software. Probability values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant.
