Abstract:
یکی از مباحثی که جهان امروزی با آن در تقابل است، مفاسد اقتصادی است. مفاسدی چون پولشویی که نیازمند مقابله و راهکارهای قانونی و متقن می‌باشد. امروزه اکثر کشورها در راستای مبارزه با مفاسد اخلاقی و کاهش درگیری های حقوقی در این زمینه به استفاده از اعتبارسنجی مدنی روی آورده اند. اما در ایران، همچنان این طرح به صورت جدی و متقن جا باز نکرده است، هرچند که تمامی موسسات مالی و اعتباری و بانک‌ها موظفند که نسبت به اعتبارسنجی مشتریان خود اقدام نمایند، اما باید توجه داشت که کاربرد اعتبارسنجی محدود به امور مالی نیست و قابلیت شمول طیف وسیعی از مباحث و مسائل را داراست. همواره بیم محرومیت از برخورداری از خدمات مختلف جامعه اعم از خدمات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و غیره می‌تواند شهروندان یک جامعه را به سمت و سوی قانون مداری سوق داده و از سوی دیگر به دوری از جرایمی که منجر به این محرومیت می‌گردد و انواع ناهنجاری های قانونی و اجتماعی رهنمون می‌شود و این چنین است که با رعایت حداکثری قوانین، اشخاص از منابع موجود به صورت عادلانه بهره مند خواهند شد. پژوهش حاضر با روش میدانی و کتابخانه ای، متکفل بیان تطبیق اصل اعتبارسنجی و عدالت اسلامی است و چه اینکه هدف جامعه اسلامی که همان پیشرفت جامعه و بهره بردن از تمامی منابع و امکانات برای اقشار مختلف جامعه به صورت متوازن و متعادل و از برقراری عدل الهی می‌باشد، با جواز این امر همخوانی دارد.
