Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی مدل معادلات ساختاری صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای با تعهد سازمانی معلمان صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان متوسطه شهرستان چابهار می‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد ۱۲۲ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. در این پژوهش برای نمونه گیری، از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه تعدیل‌شده صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای و پرسشنامه تعهد سازمانی استفاده‌شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ۹۸/۰ و 0/76 ارزیابی شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد: ۱) وضعیت صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای دبیران دوره متوسطه شهرستان چابهار بالاتر از حد متوسط و میانگین فرضی قرار دارد. ۲) وضعیت تعهد سازمانی دبیران مقطع متوسطه شهرستان چابهار بالاتر از حد متوسط و میانگین فرضی قرار دارد. ۳) بین شاخص کلی صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای و تعهد سازمانی دبیران دوره متوسطه شهرستان چابهار رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. ۴)صلاحیت های حرفه ای و از میان مولفه های آن صلاحیت فکری می تواند تعهد سازمانی دبیران را پیش بینی کند.
This study aimed to structural equation model of professional competencies with organizational commitment of high school teachers in the city of chabahar. The method of the research is descriptive and its type is correlation in method and its aim is applicative. The Population of this study consisted of all high school teachers in the city of chabahar. That sample was selected by utilizing simple random sampling and the size of sample was identified based on According to cochrane formula equal with 122. data were collected through modified Professional Competencies questionnaire) and organizational commitment scale. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.98 and 0.76. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (kolmogorov-smirnov tests, Pearson correlation, one-sample t-test, and Stepwise regression and pearson coefficient of correlation) were used. The main findings are: 1) professional competencies of high school teachers in the city of chabahar is above average and mean comments. 2) organizational commitment of high school teachers in the city of chabahar and is above average and mean comments. 3) A positive relationship was found between general indicator of professional competencies and organizational commitment of high school teachers in the city of chabahar. 4) Professional competencies and among its components, intellectual competence can predict the organizational commitment of teachers.
