Abstract:
زمینه: تنظیم هیجان یک سازه فراتشخیصی مهم و یکی از ابعاد اصلی و زیربنایی مشترک در اختلالات هیجانی است. مدل های تنظیم هیجان به دو طبقه کلی مدلهای درون فردی و بین فردی تقسیم می شوند. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه مدلهای درون فردی و بین فردی تنظیم هیجان در تبیین نشانگان افسردگی و اضطراب انجام شده است. روش و ابزارها: روش این مطالعه از نوع مطالعات مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران بود. نمونه گیری این پژوهش با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انجام شد و 517 نفر از افراد با استفاده از پرسشنامههای راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان (ERQ)، تنظیم هیجان بینفردی (IERQ)، پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان(DERS) و پرسشنامه SCL-25 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان دادند که راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان درون فردی و بین فردی در تبیین نشانگان افسردگی و اضطراب نقش معناداری دارند. در بین دو مدل تنظیم هیجان درون فردی و بین فردی، مدل تنظیم هیجان درون فردی تاثیر معنادار و قوی تری در پیش بینی نشانگان افسردگی و اضطرابی دارد (01/0 P). نتیجهگیری: هر دو مدل تنظیم هیجان درون فردی و بین فردی در تبیین نشانگان افسردگی و اضطراب نقش داشته و به عنوان یک سازه فراتشیخصی میتوانند در پیش بینی و درمان اختلالات هیجانی اثربخشی معناداری داشته باشند.
Background: Emotion regulation is an important meta-diagnosis construct and one of the common core and underlying dimensions of emotional disorders. Emotion regulation models are divided into two general categories of interpersonal and interpersonal models.
Purpose: This study aimed to compare interpersonal and intrapersonal models of emotion regulation in predicting depression and anxiety syndromes in Tehran universities students.
Method and material: The method of this study was cross-sectional. The statistical population of this study was all students of public universities in Tehran. Sampling was done using multi-stage cluster and the subjects were evaluated using Emotion Regulation Strategies Questionnaire, Interpersonal Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, Short Difficulty in Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and SCL-25 Questionnaire.
Results: Findings showed that intrapersonal and interpersonal emotion regulation strategies have a significant role in explaining depression and anxiety syndrome. Between the two interpersonal and interpersonal emotion regulation models, the interpersonal emotion regulation model had a stronger and more significant effect on prediction of depression and anxiety syndrome (P
Conclusion: Both intrapersonal and interpersonal emotion regulation models have role in explanation of depression and anxiety syndromes and can be effective in predicting and treating emotional disorders.
