Abstract:
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر باورهای فراشناخت، آمیختگی فکرکنش و نشخوار فکری زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر شهر کرمان انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه به صورت هدفمند از مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره و روان شناسی شهر کرمان انتخاب شدند و به منظور اجرای پژوهش بعد از اجرای پرسشنامه های باورهای فراشناختی، آمیختگی فکرکنش و نشخوار فکری تعداد 40 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه 20 نفری آزمایش و کنترل به طور تصادفی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت طرحواره درمانی قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه های باور فراشناخت ولز و همکاران، آمیختگی فکرکنش تورداسون و راچمن و نشخوار فکری هوکسما و مارو بود که توسط شرکت کنندگان در مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تکمیل شد. داده ها با روش های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر باورهای فراشناخت، آمیختگی فکر کنش و نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به اختلال فراگیر تأثیر دارد. به طوری که طرحواره درمانی گروهی باعث کاهش باورهای فراشناخت، آمیختگی فکر کنش و نشخوارفکری در زنان می‌شود. طرحواه درمانی شیوه مناسبی جهت تعدیل ابعاد باورهای فراشناخت، آمیختگی فکر کنش و نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به اختلال فراگیر است.
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group schema therapy on metacognitive beliefs, fusion of thinking and rumination of women with generalized anxiety disorder in Kerman. The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The sample was purposefully selected from the clients of Kerman Counseling and Psychology Centers and in order to conduct the research after the implementation of the metacognitive beliefs questionnaires, the combination of thinking and mental rumination, 40 of the clients were selected purposefully and in two groups. Twenty people were randomly selected for testing and control. The experimental group underwent a 60-minute schema therapy for 10 sessions.The measurement tool for Wales et al.'s metacognitive belief questionnaires was a fusion of Thordson's and Rachman's thinking and Huxma and Maro's ruminants, completed by pre-test and post-test participants. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that group schema therapy has an effect on metacognitive beliefs, thought mixing and thought rumination in women with generalized disorder. So that group schema therapy reduces metacognitive beliefs, thought-action intertwining and rumination in women. Schema therapy is an appropriate method to modify the dimensions of metacognitive beliefs, thought-action mixing and rumination in women with generalized disorder.
