Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقش واسطه‌ای پریشانی روانشناختی در رابطه بین کانون کنترل سلامت و اضطراب کرونا صورت پذیرفت. روش پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه‌ی این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی مرکز آموزش عالی پلدختر در سال تحصیلی 400-1399 بود. حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس قاعده سرانگشتی کلاین برابر 230 نفر تعیین شد که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و با پرسشنامه آنلاین انجام شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا ویروس (CDAS)، مقیاس پریشانی روانشناختی کسلر (KPDS-10) و مقیاس چند وجهی کانون کنترل سلامت (MHLC) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش آماری تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS-22 و AMOS-24 انجام شد و برای بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای متغیرها از آزمون بوت‌استراپ استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، بین کانون کنترل سلامت مربوط به شانس و اضطراب کرونا رابطه علّی مستقیم وجود داشت (01/0>p)؛ اما کانون کنترل سلامت درونی با واسطه‌گری پریشانی روانشناختی می‌تواند از میزان اضطراب کرونا بکاهد و کانون کنترل سلامت مربوط به افراد مؤثر با واسطه‌گری پریشانی روانشناختی می‌تواند بر اضطراب کرونای دانشجویان بیفزاید. بنابراین، به روان‌شناسان و مشاوران پیشنهاد می‌گردد در درمان مشکلات روانشناختی دانشجویان بر کانون کنترل سلامت درونی به عنوان متغیری مهم در ارتقای سلامت جسمی و روانی تأکید کنند و دانشجویان را به سمت این مؤلفه سوق دهند تا بهتر بتوانند با شرایط بحرانی سازگار شوند.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of psychological distress in the relationship between health locus of control and corona anxiety. The research method was correlation of the type path analysis. The population of this study included all Undergraduate students Poldokhtar Higher Education Center who were studying in the academic year 2020-2021. The statistical sample size was determined based on the rules of thumb Kline equal to 230 people, which was done by available sampling method and online questionnaire. The instruments used in this study were Corona Disease Anxiety Scale (CDAS), Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (KPDS-10), and the Multidimensional Health Locus of Control Scale (MHLC). Data analysis was performed using Path analysis statistical method and by the SPSS-22, and AMOS-24 software. Bootstrapping method was used to examine the mediating role of the variables in Amos software. Based on the findings of the study, there was a direct causal relationship between the chance health locus of control and corona anxiety (p <0.01); However, the internal health locus of control mediated by psychological distress can reduce corona anxiety, and the powerful others health locus of control mediated by psychological distress can increase corona anxiety in students. Therefore, it is recommended to psychologists and counselors in the treatment of students' psychological problems to emphasize the internal health control center as an important variable in promoting physical and mental health and lead students to this component so that they can better adapt to critical situations.
