Abstract:
کشورهای مختلف به منظور تاثیر گذاری در عرصه بین المللی، از اهرم‌های مختلف نظامی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی استفاده می‌کنند. در این عرصه جمهوری اسلامی ایران با توجه به ویژگی‌های انقلاب سال 1357، با استفاده از اهرم فرهنگی با حمایت از جذب و سازماندهی گروه‌های اسلامی شرایط اعمال نفوذ در کشورهای منطقهای همچون لبنان، سوریه، عراق و... را در چارچوب منافع مردم، منطقه و جهان اسلام مهیا ساخته است. این مقاله با هدف بررسی قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در گروه‌های اسلامی منطقهای بویژه حشد الشعبی تدوین شده است. در این پژوهش به این سوال پاسخ داده خواهد شد؛ تاثیر قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در گرو‌های اسلامی منطقه خاورمیانه با مطالعه موردی حشد الشعبی چیست؟ فرضیه پژوهش بر این مبنا قرار گرفته است که مولفه‌های قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران همچون فرهنگ، عقاید مذهبی و سیاست‌های داخلی و خارجی در ایجاد و تقویت گروه‌های اسلامی منطقه تاثیر گذار بوده است. نتایج به دست آمده از تحقیق اشاره شده نشان می‌دهد جمهوری اسلامی ایران از گروه‌های محور مقاومت در منطقه بویژه حشد الشعبی باعث شده گروه‌های فوق از حالت بالقوه به بالفعل تبدیل گردند و در تامین امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بویژه در مبارزه با تررویسم، قاچاق مواد مخدر، قاچاق انسان و... کمک نمایند. روشی که در این مقاله انتخاب شده توصیفی، تحلیلی بوده و روش گرد آوری مطالب نیز از طریق کتابخانهای می‌باشد.

The results obtained from the mentioned research show that the Islamic Republic of Iran has caused the resistance groups in the region, especially Hashd al-Shaabi, to change from a potential state to an actual one, and in ensuring the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially in the fight against terrorism, Help with drug trafficking, human trafficking, etc.The method chosen in this article is descriptive and analytical, and the method of collecting materials is through a library.
