Abstract:
هدف: ماهیت زندگی انسان نمی‌تواند جدا از مباحث اخلاقی و ارزشی باشد، به گونه‌ای که همواره رابطه و تأثیر آنها بر زندگی اجتناب‌ناپذیر بوده است . بنابراین ، هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی در دبیران تربیت بدنی استان آذربایجان شرقی بر اساس ارزش‌های اجتماعی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دبیران تربیت بدنی استان آذربایجان شرقی در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 به تعداد 1312 نفر بودند که حجم نمونه از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 339 نفر تعیین و با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای- تصادفی انتخاب شدند . ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی کسول (2003) و پرسشنامه اصلاح شده ارزش‌های اجتماعی روکیچ (2010) بود. برای اعتبار ابزار از دیدگاه خبرگان و پایایی آنها نیز با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 84/0 و 89/0 شد . برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آمارهای توصیفی با نرم افزار Spss24 و استنباطی روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزارهای Spss24 و Amos26 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد ارزش‌های اجتماعی بر تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی دبیران تربیت بدنی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری داشت. همچنین مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی، ملی و سیاسی، ارزش‌های دینی، ارزش‌های قانونی و حقوقی و ارزش‌های فرهنگی تأثیر معناداری بر تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی داشتند (05/0>p) و فقط مؤلفه ارزش‌های اقتصادی تأثیر معناداری بر تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که ارزش‌های اجتماعی بر روی تصمیمات اخلاقی تأثیرگذار بود، بنابراین، می‌توان در برنامه درسی تربیت بدنی، موضوعات اخلاقی مرتبط با ارزش‌های اجتماعی را بیشتر مورد توجه قرار داد.
Purpose: The nature of human life can not be separated from moral and value issues, as their relationship and impact on life has always been inevitable. Therefore, the aim of this study was to provide a model of ethical decision-making in physical education teachers in East Azerbaijan province based on social values.Method: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of implementation method. The statistical population included the physical education teachers of East Azerbaijan province in the academic year 2019-20 in the number of 1312 people. The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan table 339 people and were selected by cluster-random sampling method. The research instruments included Kasol (2003) Ethical Decision Making Questionnaire and Rokic (2010) Modified Social Values Questionnaire. For the validity of the instrument from the point of view of experts and their reliability, Cronbach's alpha method was 0.84 and 0.89, respectively. Descriptive statistics with Spss24 software and inferential structural equation modeling method in Spss24 and Amos26 software were used to analyze the data.Findings: The results showed that social values had a positive and significant effect on the moral decision making of physical education teachers. Also, moral, national and political components, religious values, legal values and cultural values had a significant effect on moral decision making (p Conclusion: The results showed that social values influenced moral decisions, therefore, in the physical education curriculum, ethical issues related to social values can be given more attention.
